Great jacket (but fit is a bit weird)
No review on here about this jacket surprisingly so I'll drop my thoughts here (first review ever whoo!).

Background - I commute by bike in the Bay Area daily (over the Bay bridge into SF). I usually wear my Dainese Super Speed C2 - I love the feel of the thick leather and the tight form-fitting cut. I try to stay off the bike when it's raining, but some days you just don't want to deal with public transportation so I wanted something sports-oriented but with a bit of water-proofing. Revzilla's reviews called this the ultimate textile jacket so I went with it.

Fit: I knew from the beginning this wouldn't be as cut as the Super Speed C2. I also have an Air Frazier I wear in the summer and expected this to be a bit like that, but what surprised me the most is the forearms and the length. The arms start out okay near the biceps then start to get much wider and roomier in the forearms. There are the buttons at the opening to cinch down which helps, but it does have a bit of that "ill-fitting suit with arms down to your knuckles" feel. Why didn't I exchange for a smaller size? The cut of the body is what I expected, mostly - slim but not restricting/race-fit - but the torso length feels short. Barely goes down to the top of my jeans. Don't have this problem with my other two jackets s that's the main ding for me. I'd like to have gone with a smaller size (and get a more aggressive fit) but the torso length means I'd be riding with my belly button out if I went small (exaggeration but the length really is noticeable).

Other thoughts: I like that this jacket has a bit of leather, but don't expect race-grade stuff. Feels pretty thin, but I appreciate that it's better than none (to be fair though this is isn't exactly a cheap jacket). Haven't tested it out in a crash and hopefully don't have to.

The liner really does help with the wind, but on the bridge in 50F while it's windy, don't expect to get by with just a shirt underneath. It's not magic.

Have ridden in light to medium rain in this jacket twice for about 30min each time. Wet in the outer cuffs (I tucked my gloves in between the jacket outer sleeve and the inner liner) but didn't soak through. Clothes underneath all stayed dry, but not sure what would happen if it was actually pouring.

All in all, pretty happy with the jacket. The forearm thing doesn't bother me much but do wish I could have gone a size smaller to get the aggressive fit. Hope they fix the torso issue and that this isn't a sizing change they're pushing across all their jackets.

I wear a 46 in all my Dainese jackets. 5'7", 130 lb. Slim/athletic runner's build, 28" waist.

it looks cool
I've owned this for about 2 weeks and have been riding in it in the San Diego, CA area. It has been a bit chilly in the morning and warm in the afternoon. It does get chilly without the liner but I have no plans to put use it.
When it has been hot(80c), I have no a single thought that it was, until i stop and look at the temperature on my phone, then i realize I have been cool the whole ride. This jacket definitely does the job.

Also, the size of this is a bit weird; I'm typically a 50 but i have a 48, meaning that the the mugello fabric does a great job at covering you up. it does more with less. Its stretchy and just feels right. There's only one gripe I have with this jacket and that is the inner loops that attach the liner itch on my arms. I have to adjust them every time I put it on but thats really no big deal.. only when i don't adjust. the neck isn't as comfortable as I expected it to be; there's Rev' It jackets with a much cheaper price tag with a lot more comfortable neck pieces to it.

The sleeve length is spot on; comes up to my wrist when in the riding position.
the waist size is also appropriate, its right at the torso and doesn't bunch up when seated.
These two measurements are going to be the make or break it for this jacket.
I have an RC390 and the color is a bit off from it but not by much, obviously fluo red isn't ktm orange but its close enough for my liking.

Airflow, back protector pocket, additional thoughts
Overall I'm very pleased with this jacket, mainly the style and airflow. The black/fluo red is aggressive and eye catching.
The jacket without the liner has great air flow through the chest area, but not too much in the forearms due to the elbow/forearm protectors. I took this jacket out in 93 degrees (F) for 5 hours, my forearms were uncomfortably sweaty but rest of my body had great ventilation and the jacket was still easy to remove.

I bought size 50, it fits differently than my other dainese jacket (super rider leather). The d-dry has noticeably shorter torso and slightly shorter in sleeve length. If I don't tuck in my undershirt, I'd have a plumber's butt. I'd recommend using the Union belt for that issue. I am 5'6" 180 lbs 41" chest, based on the size chart I am in between sizes but I went a size down because I knew I wouldnt use the liner.

There are removable shoulder pads under the aluminum sliders which can be adjusted to fit your body. The elbow/forearms doesn't seem to be removable. I don't have too much room in the forearms but the wrist area is big and bulky, which isn't too bad for my pro in gloves but probably wouldn't be able to get a gauntlet style over them. Seems like the cuff area is bulky to be able to fit the liner inside.

The jacket does have a back protector slot but the pro armor G2 that i purchased is longer about 3 inches. The back protector does fit inside but the pocket is really stretched out compared to my super rider leather which sits the protector nicely.

The D-dry is a great summer jacket, ton of airflow, and options to beef up the protection. I do like the shorter torso because it actually suits my height, but the sleeve gets uncomfortably sweaty. No regrets with the D-Dry nonetheless

Great warm weather
I have been riding my new bike for about 2 months (1200 miles) in this jacket. I had an older perf leather jacket and I felt that the newer textile jacket could provide the same protection while still maintaining airflow. This jacket does not disappoint. It seems that it runs slightly smaller/shorter, but you have to take into consideration if you will add the armor.
I am 5' 11" 175 athletic build and I went with the 50. The fit is perfect with the G2 back protector but gets a little tight when I use the liner. I have another jacket for the colder weather so no worries. If I had to do it again and use the liner for rain and cold + add the back plate...i would go up to the 52.

I paired this up with the Drake Air D-Dry pants and it works together flawlessly.

Good Summer/Fall Jacket
Great summer jacket in the northeast. Good at temps over 55 degrees.

Bought it to replace my A-Stars GP leather jacket and I'm not disappointed in the selection. Despite it being black it gets a huge amount of air through the chest and arm vents. And I like that it has a bit of weight to it. Not as heavy as leather but doesn't feel light or frail like mesh/textile feels. You know you're wearing protection.

The shell inside will keep you warmer and dry from rain, however, on a recent ride I realized the shell really doesn't shield my body from that much wind/cold. It vents well, so I cant complain.

If you going to wear this into October months in the NE, you'll need a warm baselayer.

Highly recommend though for summer and fall riding. Dainese made another fantastic product.

First Impressions
I just took my first ride in this jacket, about an hour total time in it. This is more of a fitment review than anything else. I'm 5'3, 160lb with a muscular athletic build. Pretty wide shoulders, upper back and chest. My other Dainese jacket is a 50 and i don't feel like i would have a lot of room for a chest protector and back protector. So i elected to use the same size, as I plan to add these items. So, this is where I'm torn with this jacket. Across the upper back into the shoulders fits perfectly. Too perfect to sacrifice for a little room in the forearms. Working my way down the sleeve, as another review mentioned, the bicep area and all that fits great but I feel like where it should start to taper down to the wrist, it doesn't. It's not very uncomfortable and with the wrist adjustment it helps seat the elbow armor properly and set the sleeve length into place. I was not expecting this area to be so loose on me. Once I add the additional armor, I feel a lot of the fitment will be corrected. I feel if i were to exchange down a size there would be other fitment issues, so if all I have to deal with is the forearm thing, my feelings aren't hurt. Had I not been planning to add the armor I would certainly exchange. So the sizing guide, as far as I can tell, is pretty accurate. This ride was without the liner. The liner helped fill this jacket out quite a bit and I felt more true to my size. I really have no plans of riding with the liner for now. I will say though, the collar is extremely comfortable. It has a great texture that is very soft on the skin. My last Dainese jacket had a collar that would get irritating, so this was a pleasant surprise. The jacket flows great air, especially through the arms. I think the quality and construction are spot on. I think I will enjoy this jacket for many years to come...once I add the armor and take some slack up. Go a size down.

Need Summer jacket for upcoming trip that will start at sea level and finish at an elevation exceeding 10,000 feet. After reading various reviews decided to "add" this jacket to accompany 3 season Fall/Winter touring jacket. Hopefully, this will eliminate any concerns for the extremely hot and humid weather we will encounter. Also thought it punched all the style boxes.

Fits great and comfortable for me even with the chest and back armor. I usually wear a size 50 for leather and this size 50 is perfect with the armors.

Looks like it'll perform well in the high heat, high humidity of Hilton Head/Savannah. The combination of tutu leather on the shoulders and elbows, combined with mesh and the mugello fabric have me confident that this will protect me well in the event that I go down. Also, as Anthony put it, this is punch you in the face red. I had to have it with a description like that. Will review after I get it and use it for a little while.
