Uncompromised Safety
At the core of the Dainese Smart Air Vest is the legendary D-air intelligent airbag system. Developed through decades of research and real-world application, including in MotoGP, this system provides Level 2 certified protection to your chest and back. The complex algorithm constantly analyzes rider dynamics and triggers the airbag in milliseconds in the event of a crash, defending against frontal impacts, side collisions, highsiders and lowsiders with or without tumbling. Plus, with the new EV Mode, the algorithm is optimized to remain armed and vigilant even on ultra-smooth electric bikes and scooters, ensuring your safety is never compromised.

Designed for the real world of motorcycling, the Smart Air Vest redefines adaptability. Its lightweight construction allows it to be worn effortlessly over or under any motorcycle jacket. Full Coverage
The D-air system within the Smart Air Vest offers extensive protective coverage precisely where it's needed most. The integrated airbag is designed to shield your chest and back, covering vital organs and the spinal column. Unlike traditional passive protectors, the D-air disperses impact energy over a larger area, significantly reducing the force transmitted to the rider's body in a crash. This advanced, intelligent protection is seamlessly integrated into the vest's design, remaining unobtrusive until its critical deployment.
User-Serviceable
A key feature of the Dainese Smart Air Vest is the easily user-replaceable D-air Road Shield gas generator, thanks to the Fast Replacement System (FRS). This allows for quick, independent replacement after deployment, so you can get back on the road without immediate dealer visits. The triple-activation airbag lets you replace the generator yourself up to three times before the airbag requires authorized service. The generator contains ergon and helium gas with a pyrotechnic charge and can be transported on airplanes with prior airline notification.

Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

Height
With no shoes on, stand with your back against a wall and your feet together. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, around the top of the hip bones, inline with the navel while keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

Neck
Measure the circumference of your neck, placing the measuring tape just under your larynx.
