Designed to effectively seal out dirt and moisture where they affect off road motorcycle wheels the most: at the valve and rim stems. The Bolt aluminum rim-lock spacers and rubber valve stem grommets are custom contoured to allow even distribution of stress and to seal out the elements. Also includes a polished metal valve cap and a valve cap with a built-in valve stem remover.
