The BILT Tempest 2 Waterproof Women's Jacket delivers all the touring features you need at a price that emphasizes value. Waterproofing built directly against the 600D shell makes sure you never forget your rain gear. A removable quilted liner lets you stretch the jacket into cooler temps. Remove it and open up the zippered vents to get more air flow as the weather improves. CE rated armor come standard for the elbows and shoulders. CE rated back armor is sold separately.
