Impossible to squeeze handle
I was drawn to this by the pistol concept, but what a waste of money. It is virtually impossible to squeeze the handle together once the plug is sitting inside the insertion tip (funnel). Just to confirm that the resistance wasn't coming from the tire, I tried it in "mid-air" and again, you'd need a vice to draw the handles together.

Finally, to confirm it wasn't the pistol, I separated the insertion tip from the pistol, removed the plug, reattached the tip, and the handle closed easily.

Essentially, the mushroom plug is too wide to feed through the narrow portion of the insertion tip. I recommend the gummy type plug with a T-handle.
