Lightweight summer riding jacket. Heavyweight protection. The Alpinestars Viper Tech Air Textile Jacket is a lightweight 600D poly-fabric and PU jacket with massive mesh panels for maximum airflow that is set up to accept the revolutionary Tech Air Street Vest (sold separately).

The Tech Air Street system uses a street-specific triggering algorithm to detect danger and deploy both charges simultaneously, resulting in the fastest deployment in those critical milliseconds when things are headed south.

Small LEDs in a subtle display built into the jacket's sleeve let you know the system is armed (the main zipper detects when it has been closed) so you can ride in perfect confidence knowing your back, chest, shoulders and kidneys are protected in a crash scenario.

CE-certified, slim and flexible Bio-Armor comes standard at the shoulders and elbows to provide complete protection for your limbs, and the Viper Jacket can also accept a Nucleon CE Level II Back protector and chest protector (sold separately). Tasteful reflective detailing and subdued, stealthy overall styling make the Alpinestars Viper Tech Air Street Jacket the ultimate summer riding garment.

This Viper Air Textile Jacket is built to accept the Tech Air Street Airbag System. The vest, which must be purchased separately, installs easily in just a few minutes and does not require any external sensors to operate. Should it detect a crash, it will deploy a protective airbag, providing unrivaled protection to the rider's full back, shoulders, kidney area and chest.
