WHAT IS COVERED

Tires
Road Hazards:  
Including punctures, bruises or breaks incurred during the course of normal driving on a road maintained by state or local authority. Nails, glass, and potholes are the most common examples. Motoguard is intended for use on tubeless tires only.

Batteries
Normal Wear & Tear:
Including defects and damage as the result of normal use and handling.

Electronics
Normal Wear & Tear:
Damage to the warrantied product as the result of normal use and handling. 

Defective Electronics:
Loss of function as the result of manufacturing defects or faulty electronics (e.g. loss of sound in speakers or inability to charge).


WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Damage as the result of a vehicle crash
  • Not valid on off-road, dual sport, or tubed tires
  • Damage to the rim that prevents the tire from holding air
  • Use on a race track voids warranty
  • Abuse, misuse, or fraud
  • Lost items

TERMS & CONDITIONS


The Revzilla Product Replacement Plan is a non-transferrable product replacement plan that must be purchased at the time of the initial product purchase.

Each Revzilla Product Replacement Plan covers one (1) instance of a product replacement; coverage must be purchased again on replacement for continued coverage. The coverage period is two (2) years from the date of purchase, and cannot be extended beyond two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

Defective or damaged products must be shipped back to Revzilla before a replacement will be sent. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and discounted return shipping labels are available from Revzilla for $9.99.

Items covered will be replaced with the same item; in cases where the same item is no longer available, items will be replaced by the current market equivalent at Revzilla's discretion. This may result in an upgrade, but never a downgrade; there will be no additional charge as the result of an upgrade due to original product unavailability.
