Dainese D-Air

Quite possibly the most intelligent piece of motorcycle protective technology ever created, the Dainese D-Air System uses a proprietary triggering algorithm to recognize crash conditions and activate the system in that crucial, life-saving fraction of a second. Not only is the D-Air system less intrusive and more intelligent that other lanyard / ripcord style airbag systems and conventional neck braces and armor, but it is also more effective. Testing shows that the D-Air system results in a 90% transmitted-force reduction from the CE Level 2 Standard - that is, in comparison to CE Level II armor, the rider will only realize 1/10th of the transmitted force that armor would have allowed.
