We're RevZilla. You expect us to have ideas for gifts for people who ride. But some of our ideas here work great for non-riders, too. (We've got receipts to prove it. See the photos.) And what about the children? There's something here for future motorcyclists, as well.
To keep things simple, we’ve highlighted our team’s five favorite items for you to consider this holiday. But if these items aren’t exactly what you had in mind, check out the full 2026 Holiday Gift Guide video below or browse RevZilla’s Gift Guide page.
Gerbing 7V Torrid 2.0 Softshell Heated Vest
While this is a great gift for for riders on your list looking to keep their riding going into the colder months, it’s also just a great gift for non-riders. This one actually made our list because it’s one that both Zack Courts and I have bought for our parents and in-laws.

My mom recently struck up a conversation with a BMW rider while out shopping and he assumed she was a rider, too, because she was wearing her Gerbing heated vest. Pointing to her Honda Pilot, she explained that she just loves the vest because she’s always running cold. So whether the person on your list is spending a lot of time outdoors on a motorcycle or just attending their grandchildren’s sporting events, this is a great gift idea that will provide a little extra warmth this holiday.

Antigravity XP20 Micro-Start
This is another one on our list that will appeal to both motorcycle riders and non-riders alike. The XP20 Micro-Start is a compact jump box that allows you to get your motorcycle running, even if you like to play it loosey-goosey with using a battery tender and keeping up with Ari’s basic winter maintenance rules. While it’s great for motorcycles, it’s also strong enough to work on nearly any passenger car or truck you might have in your driveway, and that’s the real beauty of this as a gift.
In my household, we keep one in the trunk of my wife’s Honda Accord and under the back seat of my Toyota Tacoma. In addition to the many times I’ve used it to get Sally the Rally to fire up after a prolonged cold spell in the winter (I’m an aforementioned loose goose), it has saved both of our vehicles from a tow when their respective batteries gave up in inconvenient locations. Whether you’re considering a new gizmo for the garage or some cheap insurance for a fellow driver in your family, the Antigravity XP20 Micro-Start is a staple gift that won’t see regular use (hopefully), but you’ll sure be glad you have it should you need it.

Hiplok MD1000 Anti-Angle Grinder motorcycle disc lock
Anytime you see a new brand pop up in an established segment, it’s natural to wonder if it’s as good as the legacy contenders. While we are living in the golden age of Temu knock offs, and consumers have a right to be skeptical, we’ve definitely seen some real disrupters in recent years. For most of us at Common Tread, QuadLock has replaced RamMount as our preferred motorcycle phone mounts, Doubletake Mirrors have replaced most of the stock mirrors in my garage, and the Hiplok MD1000 has replaced my old Xena Disc lock.
I first learned of the brand when Ewan Johnson asked if he could borrow some old Kawasaki wheels I had in the ‘Zilla studio to film an angle grinder test on some Hiplok units he was evaluating. Talking with him afterwards, and seeing the pile of used angle grinder discs, it was clear that Hiplok meant business. While Hiplok has a wide range of products, I like the MD1000 because it’s small enough to use for motorcycle travel while being beefy enough for regular use just parked on the street.

Rider Education and Events
While every item we’ve discussed so far is in service of the rider, as motorcyclists we know that nothing is quite as good as the ride itself. So this year, consider skipping the tangible present and offer up a two-wheeled experience your recipient won’t soon forget.
For the non-rider on your list, consider the Ride With Us program. A free class on an appropriately small motorcycle, it offers future riders a taste of two wheels in a safe environment with all of the necessary gear provided. It's a low-stress introduction to riding. If they enjoy it, you can sign them up for a full MSF training course. More experienced riders might enjoy some advanced track training like California Superbike School or Yamaha Champ School or perhaps some off-road training like The Moto Academy or American Supercamp, all of which offer traveling schools around the country.
Motorcycle events are another option if you’re just looking for a fun weekend together for yourself and a riding buddy! Whether it’s Get On! ADV Fest, Babes in the Dirt, Babes Ride Out, The Reliability Rally, Durty Dabbers, Over and Out, The Ride Again Foundation, local track days, MotoGP in Austin, Daytona Bike Week, or countless other events, consider a gift which gets the rider on your list out on their motorcycle and with other riders this year.

Strider Sport 12 Balance Bike
Speaking of giving the gift of riding, the Strider Sport 12 is the perfect gift for the motorcyclists-in-training. Every dad on the Common Tread payroll has one of these in the garage with each of our kids in a different stage of the two-wheeled journey.
Mini Spurg got his Strider last year for Christmas and just recently graduated from the rocking base to paddling his way around the block. Zack’s son is in full-on ripper mode, scooting back and forth to the park while dad tries to keep up. And Ari’s oldest has already graduated to pedal propulsion and passed off his Strider to his younger sister. For all you parents, grandparents, aunts, and “funcles” out there looking for the perfect gift for the toddler on your list, the Strider Sport 12 can help kick off a life-long love affair with two-wheeled transportation.
