RevZilla, Cycle Gear, J&P Cycles, and REVER are partnering with GEICO to support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s 2022 Ride for Kids.
The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF)’s annual Ride For Kids campaign brings motorcyclists together to support children and their families in the fight against childhood brain tumors. Tragically, these tumors are both the deadliest and the most common cancers found in children.

“We want to create ways for all riders to support the cause by meeting them where they are, physically in our communities, on REVER, online, and in our stores,” said Ken Murphy, CEO, Comoto Family of Brands. “Partnering with the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation to support the Ride for Kids is an amazing opportunity to connect the powersports industry and riding community to PBTF’s mission to cure all pediatric brain tumors and transform how children and their families receive care.”

In addition to the Ride For Kids, we’re supporting the PBTF by donating 10% of RevZilla, J&P Cycles, and Cycle Gear proceeds on September 18. The second annual Philadelphia Ride For Kids Rally will bring further awareness and fundraising to the cause in RevZilla’s home city. Together, we raised $305,000 last year for the PBTF, and with your help, we can make 2022 an even bigger success for kids in need.
Another way we’ve been raising donations for life-changing research during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is through the REVER Million Miles Challenge, and this year, 1,250 riders covered 1.2 million fundraising miles to help kids.
Motorcyclists have been making a difference through Ride For Kids events since 1991. The PBTF leads and funds therapies that directly impact children fighting brain tumors. The foundation also helps the children's families with financial relief, emotion support, and education.

Want to ride with us in a group setting? The official Philadelphia Ride for Kids starts at the Comoto headquarters and RevZilla showroom in the Philadelphia Navy Yard (4020 S. 26th St, Philadelphia, PA 19112) on September 18, 2022. Registration will begin at 10 a.m., followed by the opening ceremony at 10:45 a.m. The Ride for Kids begins at 11:15 a.m. for riders and the Walk for Kids, a family-friendly walk for non-riders, begins at 11:25 a.m. The ride and walk both end back at Comoto HQ where refreshments, music, and activities will be provided for all participants from noon to 3 p.m. Demo bikes from Stacyc and Solid Performance will also be on site for you to try.
If you live within a morning's ride of our Philadelphia showroom, consider joining one of four group rides that will ride to the Navy Yard on September 18. Rides start from Cycle Gear stores in these locations:
“Pediatric brain cancer isn’t a smaller version of an adult problem, yet children with brain tumors receive toxic and ineffective treatments developed more than 40 years ago for adults. The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation is grateful for partners like the Comoto Family of Brands, GEICO, and American Honda who understand the urgent need for better treatments and resources that address the unique challenges children, survivors, and their families face,” said Bob McNamara, PBTF’s National Director of Fundraising and Community Engagement. “Through National Ride for Kids Day, the motorcycling community has the chance to change families’ lives and end the deadliest childhood cancer.”
