Are you involved with a nonprofit organization that uses powersports to change lives? Comoto wants to help.
Comoto Cares, the nonprofit and community support organization for Common Tread, RevZilla, Cycle Gear, J&P Cycles, and REVER, is offering a new donation program for small nonprofits that use their passion for powersports to enact positive change. Quarterly donations will be awarded in amounts ranging from $250 to $5,000 to nonprofits that fuel, serve, and inspire their local riding communities in keeping with Comoto’s mission is to serve the rider, fuel the industry, and inspire the community.
The Comoto Cares program will promote the positive impact of powersports enthusiasts on society by focusing our donations of time, money, and resources in four categories:
- promoting powersports as a force for social good
- supporting veterans’ mental health and well-being
- building an equitable pipeline for quality education and career advancement
- lowering the barriers to employment and enjoyment within the powersports community
Donations are not made to individuals or given to political, religious, fraternal, profit-making, discriminatory, hobby-oriented, or tax-subsidized organizations. Donations are not made to organizations that do not align with Comoto's nondiscrimination policy. Comoto Cares is guided by our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council, Team Member Resource Groups, Community Relations Team, and Business Development Team. As for Common Tread, we’d like to support nonprofit organizations in the Comoto Cares program with feature articles and interviews, highlighting selected nonprofits that receive donations. The right combinations of people and powersports can change lives, and we look forward to telling their stories.
