Spidi Gara Leather Jacket

A racing derived leather racket able to guarantee comfort at a high level of performance. Wide Tenax Flex stretch areas are the key to keep the fitting tight all while maintaining great freedom, with Tenax Flex being more wear resistant than leather itself. Featuring inner mesh liner for transpiration, removable quilted chiffon liner, pants' attachment zipper and Biomechanic Protectors, this jacket may be equipped with Rain Chest or Rain Chest Evo, thus becoming a fully waterproof item. During winter time, can also be equipped with Thermo liner for additional insulation. Front and back pocket are in place to host optional chest and back protectors. Also available in Fit for Lady version.

I am 6'1" and 180 lbs..athletic build. I bought the 52.. after following the measuring instructions. It fits like a glove, no room for more than a tee shirt underneath. The jacket (black) looks grey in the product pic..it isn't. Black all the way. I love the styling. The neck strap sits uncomfortably across my throat. I am hoping that will stretch out. I am extremely happy with this jacket. It feels like it will last for a long time.

I purchased the jacket in black/white size 48/38 because they didn't have this size in red/black/white. This turned out to be too short in the arm length and too perfect a fit in the chest. I am 5'11", 150 lbs, but with a 35" chest so it was tough to figure out if I am a small, medium or large. I exchanged for the r/b/w in size 50/40 and couldn't be more pleased. The jacket out of the box looked so much more stylish than the b/w color. The leather is very nice and the body armor placement fits my elbow and shoulder locations. I also purchased the back and chest protectors and installed them in the jacket with no issues. The jacket now is pretty heavy and I hope it isn't too hot this summer, but in New England, it is rarely more than 75 or 80 F outside so I may not need an additional jacket. I'll update again after the riding season. Can't wait to try it out this spring.

First off, this jacket has quite the "Wow." factor. I unboxed it and stood there slack-jawed while I soaked in the elegance. You can feel and see the quality, effort, and craftsmanship placed in this garment. I was/am blown away.
I must reiterate how the jacket, visually, is quite a spectacle. And not as some sort of flashy, poser or the like. It simply oozes quality and the subtle stylings cause it to be... badass.
The fit was true to size. I measured across my chest at the highest point, just below the armpits and all the way around just as SPIDI and the revzilla videos suggested. I arrived at 43.5" - I bought the US44. Low and behold, it fits like a glove.
The leather is supple. The stitching is surgical. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of this purchase. I am very happy with this jacket. I will be buying more SPIDI products in the future.
Pros Fashionable, Comfortable, Great Value
