No one wants to be the recipient of an abused return item. Please treat our gear with respect and follow the return guidelines so that the next customer receives the same high quality merchandise that you received.

• All returns must be brand-new and in unused condition. If apparel items have been out on the bike, we cannot accept a return.
• Return items must have all tags intact. If you have removed the tags, please remember to keep them with the product.
• Please pack the item in the same manner we shipped it to you:
• Apparel should be protected by plastic garment bags or manufacturer supplied packaging.
• Use an appropriate shipping container. If you received the product in a cardboard shipping container, it must be returned to us that way. Returns that have been inappropriately shipped will be rejected.
• Use filler material if the shipping container is larger than the returned item.

If you are unable to print this page please include a piece of paper with your Order Number to assist our returns team and ensure a speedy resolution.
