Meets the need, but definitely needs to be longer
On my old H-D cord, the coiled portion is 16 inches long. Please equal the length on this cord and increase the price in proportion the length to meet the H-D length. People will buy it.

I would have given "ease of use" the highest score, but its shortness of length hinders the ease with which to use it.

which the cord was a little longer
To connect to a Harley you really have to stretch out the cord if you want to mount to the handelbar.

Must have
Works like a charm but they haven't figured out how to make the CB work with this yet, I believe it's coming!

will the mic work with this adapter? or is it just for the radio
A shopper on Feb 12, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Quick answer is no the mike will not work.
Long answer: if you look at the a cable you will see only three connections on the end that goes into the SM10. That gives left audio, right audio and common. I had hoped otherwise when I bought it and am now looking for a solution to get my mike signal to a CB radio. I do not want to buy a SR10. If you have a solution let me know.
I want to plug my Harley Davidson CB to my sena and be able to communicate. Will this device work the way I intend it to?
A shopper on Sep 13, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yes it will work provided you're not using the
BELL MAG-9 SENA SMH-10 CLAMP KIT. Unfortunately there is no accessory port on the Mag 9 clamp kit to plug the DIN cable in to.
I wanted to see if I when this chord is plugged into my HD headset on the DIN side and my phone on the aux jack side, if I would be able to use my complete headset and microphone to make phone calls. My goal is to be riding down the road on my bike and to be able to talk on the phone while riding. This should be able to do this, right? I appreciate your time!
A S on May 3, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I am not sure I understand how you are trying to connect this cable. I have an 09 Ultra and have it connected to the output jack located on my fuel tank. I then have it plugged into the SM10 to Bluetooth music from my bike's system to my SMH-10 headsets. The headset are Bluetooth connected to my phone so I do not need to go through the bike. I have not needed to try to do what I believe you are trying to do. I am pretty sure this cable would not connect to the standard HD headsets...at least it won't to my old set. Sorry I am not much help. However, I am a BIG believer in the SM10 Bluetooth adapter and SMH10 headsets. Ride safe.
I'm looking for a product that will plug into my current HD headset and the other end into my phone. My goal is to be able to answer phone calls and use the HD microphone to talk. Will this product be able to be used as a full headset/useable microphone for my phone? The phone is a Note 2. I appreciate your help!
A shopper on May 3, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I purchased this adaptor cable to tie my bike's output to the Sena SM10 Transmitter, which now transmits everything my bike broadcasts into my Sena SMH10 Headsets. Works Great!
Could you plug this into the 3.5m head phone port on your phone and play music through the comm. channel on your harley radio?
A shopper on Aug 8, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you plug your phone into the aux port on yout radio and stream tunes. Via the sm10 to your helmet.
Is there a 7 pin connection behind the fairing to plug this into?
