During indoor training, it also sends pace and distance data over Bluetooth Low Energy, ensuring accurate tracking on indoor tracks or treadmills.

Even when out of range, the water-resistant unit stores data from activities like swimming and syncs it to your Garmin smartwatch afterward. It also tracks steps, calories, intensity minutes, and all-day heart rate when you’re not wearing a watch, syncing data across devices through Garmin Connect and TrueUp. The low-profile module fits inside a soft, comfortable strap for all-day wear. Battery life lasts up to one year and features tool-free access for easy replacement.
