Absolutely love these pipes!
Been searching for months for new pipes for my '11 Vegas 8ball. The available YouTube clips are mediocre at best, so I took a risk and got these based on feedback I read on VOG.net, YouTube, and various other forums. I was leaning towards the Trask 2-into-1, but last-minute changed my mind and went with these...I ride in a group with H-D, Suzuki, Yamaha, Triumph, and Kawasaki riders and they all absolutely love the sound of my bike...they are as rumbly and loud (maybe even a bit more) as your typical Harley V&H pipes, but with a slightly smoother hum to them...now, my Victory dealership steered me away from a VFC, etc. as they said they should be able to tune it to my stock setup (I am not that engine savvy so I figured he knew what he was talking about and if he's willing to talk me out of extra parts and labor, it's gotta be worth something). Now, there is some popping on the decel, but nothing too difficult to manage...I'm curious if a Power Commander, etc. would improve that...I don't know the official stats, but I definitely feel like I gained a good 6-8 HP with these. Anyways, I highly recommend these pipes and couldn't be happier...I plan on shooting another video (first one didn't turn out too great), as to accurately capture the sound of these pipes...good luck you won't be disappointed!!!

Nice look, nice sound.
Had these pipes put on my highball and the difference in sound is night and day. I feel comfortable on the highway knowing drivers can actually hear me coming. The exhaust goes well with the flow of the bobber look but still keeping a modern feel. Have the pcv paired up with the exhaust and I only get a few pops on deceleration. I don't think the sound is too loud, it gives off a nice rumble..at idle. Great quality for the $$$.

Perfect exhaust for a Victory Highball
I purchased these to replace my stock exhaust on a 2013 Victory Highball. They completed the look of the bike and added a much desired throaty sound! Suggest pairing with a fuel controller to dial everything in just right. I went with a Lloydz VFC III and all works great!

Great pipes
These are definitely worth the money, the install was easy once you get the stock pipes off. I would recommend

Lacking
My Vegas had Victory Performance staggered straight exhaust, installed by dealer as a factory option before my purchase. SOP is for Victory to cut off a section of the frame, discard it along with the 2 stock brackets, and the original exhaust to replace with a new bracket and their stage 1 performance exhaust. Freedom Performance has no bracket or support system in place nor is there any information upon purchase of their exhaust warning of this factory option. Their tech support's opinion was that while they've seen this before, they consider those to be aftermarket exhaust and advise to purchase the stock bracket. Meanwhile their supplied bracket attaches to the previously mentioned cut frame not the stock bracket, which would also need to attach to the missing piece of frame. My only option is to fabricate a custom bracket to support and locate the lower exhaust. These pipes were 1/2 the price of a set of Victory Performance pipes, but in the end will most likely cost more due to the custom bracket. Highly dissatisfied with their lack of knowledge, concern or support in this issue.

Pipes look great and complement the lines of the bike, IMHO

Sound is a deeper idle with a lot more bark at higher RPM.

Their build quality is fine, though I have no idea of durability.

Meanwhile I've got nothing bad to say about RevZilla. They've always treated me right and I'm a little reluctant to post this on their site, but maybe I'll save someone else the hassle.

Keep the shiny side up

Will these pipes fit a 2013 victory boardwalk?
A shopper on Mar 31, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I don't see why not, your stock exhaust appears to be identical part numbers so the mounting points are probably identical. On Freedom's page it doesn't list boardwalk though... but they do list Kingpin which is very similar and your bike shares the same frame. I'd shoot an email to the guys at Freedom to confirm before committing to puchase.
