This is the largest big bore kit available that does not require crankcase modification for sleeve clearance. This complete kit will take your 110 from a backyard play-bike to a high performance race machine in no time.

  • BBR has found that a very small number of KLX110's have cases that run a little tight and do not allow the oversize sleeved cylinder to be installed. This is a very rare scenario and BBR has a cure for this if you contact them directly.
