Not windproof, I would have returned it but it was cheap and I live in upstate New York so I will definitely have use for it somewhere, just not on a motorcycle.

Great for cold weather and is very comfortable and if not needed it folds up small and can go into pocket. I would recommend for cold weather up to but not below freezing
