very good idea
i used to wear a high neck shirt , but now i dont need it cause this work the same keeb you warm . no air enter to your chest throw your neck . easy to wear and take off very very good and soft material .

easy to use -- not wind proof
This neck sock is not wind proof. It protects your neck as good as a scarf, but is easier to use. It is apparently shorter than before, but I'd say it's still pretty long; that's not a problem, but I don't know how to use the extra length -- maybe it makes it a bit warmer, wrinkled up, as it will be?

Very easy to use.
I wear this with an open face helmet and goggles. Just slip over your head and pull up for amount of coverage you want (full face to neck only). Great wind blocker in 45+ temps.

Great neck warmer
This neck warmer is amazing. It's a thin and soft neck warmer, yet it blocks out the wind well and keeps my neck warm. It's great for use when the weather is around 45 degrees F and up. I wouldn't really recommend it for anything below 40 degrees though, that's when I bring out my Zan's fleece neck warmer.
Klim neck warmer is extremely comfortable and I can actually put it on above my nose, then put my helmet on without the paddings inside my helmet pulling the warmer down (the fabric is so smooth the helmet just glides down). I hate readjusting when it is pulled down, very difficult to do (learned that the hard way with my other products).

Must have for cold weather riders!
This product is a life saver. Makes riding in the cold sooooo much nicer. A must have for any winter rider.

Keeps the wind out
Just received this neck warmer and haven't ridden a bike with it yet due to it being the dead of winter. However, I did shovel lots of snow twice this week and wore this neck warmer. It worked well in snow removal application, and I'm hoping it will work just as well at bike speed. So far so good.

Per Klim, they recommend either hand washing, or using the delicate cycle on a washing machine in warm water with liquid detergent as it is less abrasive. Do not use Bleach. Do not use Fabric Softener. Do not Dry Clean. Do not Iron. Hang the garment to dry. Collect $200 as you pass "GO".6 months ago

The Klim Neck Warmer does not have a wind-blocking layer. It is made of polyester fleece that will resist wind but not stop it.7 months ago

I would say that the outer layer blocks most of the wind. The inner layer is a very thin and soft fleece. It was about 44 degrees when I used it last weekend and it was plenty warm.7 months ago
