The exo-700 is comfortable and breathes well. It is not heavy so it leaves no strain on your neck. And the Snell rating on top of the Dot is very reassuring. I liked it so much i got another!

I have always worn Shoei helmets prior to scorpion being made. I bought my Exo 700 about 5 years ago just to have a new spare at my disposal. I have worn it exclusively now for that 5 years and cant' say enough about how good it is. It was time for a new helmet so I ordered a new Arai Q2 for almost 6 hundred bucks, my brother loves them so I thought I'd try them.. after putting it on and taking a little ride the Q2 roared with wind noise, the shield fogged relentlessly and would not ratchet to stay partly open. The Scorpion fog free shield has worked perfectly since new (5 Yrs.) It will not fog up under any condition,(I have even ridden to work in 11 degree mornings) is very quiet and is still extremely comfortable. I sent the Q2 back it was so bad. I have tried the new shoei Qwest and RF1100 and they just don't feel right. Just so you know, I have been riding for 45 years and have owned 73 motorcycles in my life time, so I kind of feel like I know what works (for me anyways) RevZilla advised me to also try the new Bell RS2. I have not yet but will and tell you about it when I do. I may also just have to buy a new Scorpion. I currently ride a BMW Boxer Cup, BMW R1200RT and Suzuki DR650.

In terms of the scorpion lineup i think this helmet is this best in terms of features and price. Ive noticed compared to other helmets the cushioning is not as firm which is good or bad depending on your style. Overall great helmet especially when pair with another faceshield

I bought this helmet for my boyfriend as an early Christmas present because he just got a new bike and needed a helmet. Looked around for a reasonably priced, yet comfortable helmet and this is it! He wears it every day for 2 hours a day and says it is just perfect. Not too loud and true to size. I would definitely recommend this helmet.
