Overall an excellent value. The leather does seem a bit more like "garment leather" than "road leather" - which is to say that it's very soft and comfortable. It may offer a bit less protection than a thicker leather - but it sure beats a denim jacket!

This is a great jacket that does not break the bank. It flows pretty well, I have used this jacket in 85 + degree weather and felt a nice breeze from the vents, while I felt secure with the level of protection. I use this jacket with Joe Rocket Pro Street pants. This is a great combo, as the jacket has a 360 degree zipper the allows you to attach the jacket fully to the pants. I really like this for highway riding, I feel safe and secure with this outfit. Quality was better then expected.

The zip off panels on the non-perf jacket are awesome. I've worn this in 90 degrees with the panels off and the liner out and was as cool as can be. I've worn it in 40 degrees with the panels zipped in and the liner...no problem. It's a great jacket for all seasons. The air flow with the panels off is amazing, and they are easy to get off and on. 2 thumbs up!
