Nolan N90 Sun Visor (Flawed) I e-mailed Revzilla about the apparent scratching/rubbing of the Nolan N90 sunvison when deployed. Eric, from customer service called the next day. Gave me the info I needed to get a replacement for free. Pretty simple process but didn't expect a design flaw, from Nolan. It's one of those, we wont tell but if you come to us we'll fix the problem. Nolan also told me that they redesigned the replacement visor. I'll write a review of that once I get it. Looks like they got it right this time I contacted RZ about the original visor's problem with scratching itself up in the N90 while retracting and deploying. Apparently it was a known problem, and was covered under warranty with no problems. RZ was EXCELLENT in this regard, and Nolan handled the whole issue pretty well. I guess they could have been more proactive and sent out a press release inviting people to get new visors -- since it effects visibility, a recall might have been in order -- but overall, I'm pleased with the replacement...
