Klim D3O T5 EVO Pro XT Replacement Knee/Elbow Pads
Not good for long pants
Despite the Revzilla Guru ,you can not make these fit in Long Klim Mohave pants. Even once you get seated ,you cannot pull them up high enough to cover the top of your knee cap for more then 10 seconds. They also feel very clunky and the weight of them pulls the knees to the outside and make a ''generous'' pant look lumpy. The Klim Knee armor that is on closeout IS MUCH better . If they are less 'protective' in theory , they mke up for it by being in the right place. I repeat this is in the Long version pants.

No surprise here
They could be a little more flexible, but will certainly do the job. I hope I never have to test them though,

Does what you want it to.
These are fantastic but they are a little thick. Granted, this sacrifices the protection but they look kind of ridiculous inside Kevlar jeans. It's like two huge tumors on your knee.
Probably great in other pants that don't show the pad's profile.

I used these to replace the armor in my First Gear Kenya jacket. They are much more flexible than the OEM armor. I was very surprised at how thick this armor is and was worried that they would not fit in the pockets of my jacket but they fit with no problem and they give a look of less boxy shoulders than the OEM armor. Arm movement with these pads is much better also. Hope I never have to see if it works.

Nice pad awkward fit
I bought these to replace the stock protection in my Klim mojave pants. Fit is not what I was hoping for. I will modify the pocket to position the pads more securely over the knee but out of the box the pocket in the pants is fairly sloppy. No fault of the protection armor but good to know before you pair them to a set of pants. I thought since I was matching Klim for Klim it would be a more secure fit. Good products as always and it is tough to make this gear better than they do and still be able to price them reasonably.

My go to armor
Some may say that this armor is flimsy or won't stand up as good in a crash to other more rigid armor inserts, and they are probably right, but riding is always a sacrifice between protection, style, and comfort.
This armor inserts are flexible, soft, and flow air very well. You can't really tell they are in the jacket or pants, which is not the case with the other armors.
My RevIt Airwave jacket came with SeeSoft armor, and I instantly replaced it with all D30 armor all around.

Best protection but needed a modification
These are obviously high quality knee protectors that I purchased along with the matching hip protectors to go in a pair of kevlar lined jeans. The jeans, not from Revzilla, has the loop side of velcro sewn in to retain the pads, so I needed to put hook side on the padding. Well the pad surface doesn't allow the adhesive on the velcro to stick. After abrading the surface with a wire wheel on my grinder the velcro stuck and everything is good.
These are thick, impact absorbing foam that are soft and conforming in day-to-day use. I think they were a good value for the price.

excellent elbow pad
Works great, flexible yet protective.
I smacked my elbow against a brick wall a few times to "test" this elbow pad and couldn't feel anything aside from the expected jarring to my body, but the elbow (and pad) are fine.
Thicker than I expected but after some coercing they fit into the elbow pad holder in my klim traverse jacket
