Klim D3O T5 EVO Pro XT Replacement Knee/Elbow Pads
Upgrade to D3O
I purchased the Klim D3O T5 EVO Pro XT Elbow and Shoulder Pads to replace the CE armor that was aged and falling apart in my Joe Rocket leather jacket. They fit perfect and are better than the old CE.

Another excellent product from KLIM
Excellent design and fits perfectly into KLIM clothing.
I ordered form Revzilla thinking it would come from Revzilla and arrive in a couple of days. Unfortunately, it was drop shipped from KLIM and took a week to receive. Arrived too late for a 2 day NC mountain trip.

I tried to get the base armor but the elbow pads were on backorder so I ordered these. Great fit in the elbow of my Traverse jacket due to their slimmer profile. Not sure they are worth the extra expense over the regular pads but still great quality.

I had D30 armor in my Klim gear and liked it so much, I bought a set for my Aerostich gear as a major upgrade. It feels so much more comfortable I found myself avoiding the Aerostich because of its old and far less comfy pads. No more!

The pads fit better than the stock one that come with my gear and are thinner.
I'm happy with them for the price I paid.

Klim d30 xt pro knee pads
1st pair arrived with splits in both pads,Revzilla quickly exchanged. Fits the knee pockets of my Klim Mojave pants well, although the knee pockets are in the inner lining of these pants and move around a bit. Heavier than the grey CE pads

The right mix of protection and comfort
This elbow pad fits in my Klim Traverse jacket very nicely. I also like the pliability of the product.

"Cheap and beefy" really sums them up
Pros: Cheap and beefy
Cons: Cheap and beefy
Overall: I recommend spending a bit more money and getting something with a slimmer profile. These guys a seriously thick and I think way to large to try to use as elbow pads. On the other hand, they look like they would definitely get the job done if you could get them to stay in place, which I doubt.
I bought these pads to insert into the internal pad pockets of my AGV Sport Corsica Kevlar jeans (the combo was recommended by Revzilla). The pockets have some adjustability, but the pads rose up too high in the riding position even when at the lowest adjustable setting. I think I will be able to stick some Velcro on to the pads to fix them right where I need them, but I haven't tried yet.
