Scorpion SAS-TEC Replacement Hip Armor

SAS-TEC armor is made of a polyurethane foam material, without a hard shell or edges, which surpasses the required CE values by 50%. The closed air cells function by means of progressive absorption; the material is soft and flexible in its normal state but a sudden impact will cause the protectors to harden and absorb the impact without transmitting the force to the body.

Sold as a pair. Level 1 protection.

Drop in fit These fit immediately in my Covert jeans, no adjustment required. I would not even know I had installed them. Not in the way and stay in the right place. November 2, 2015
In my Scorpion Yosemite pants The pants i put these in came with foam hip pads.. I'm sure that's better than nothing but I thought "its my body, I might as well do everything I can to take care of it". for $25 it wasn't too bad of a hit, but I would love to see them drop in price. But honestly, if the sas- tec does what it's supposed to, it's well worth the price. As far as style, I mean, they're pads, you cant see them... and comfort, they're actually thinner and cover more than the foam so thats sweet. Airflow? .. theyre pads, in my pants... features? again... theyre just pads. Overall I would recommend them to everyone who's looking for more protection! DO it! October 29, 2015
Great Update to My Riding Jeans These fit well in my scorpion riding jeans and serve as a basic protection upgrade. October 28, 2015
Perfect fit I got this along knee replacement armor. I bought the pants in a local store and they didn't come with the armor. I already have external knee protectors, but having the jeans with pockets for armor, and no need to remember put my knee protectors is time saving. This hip protector are placed perfectly where you may hit the ground during a fall, so I expect to work well. The material is prety simiar to other armor I have so, hopefully they work as intended. The best armor is the one is never used ;). August 31, 2015
Great Fit for Scorpion Covert Pro jeans I bought these to upgrade my Scorpion Covert Pro jeans and they fit perfectly. I hardly notice they are there. August 14, 2015
These work fine Bought these to go into my Scorpion Covert jeans (along with the sas-tec knee pads). They fit fine into the internal side pockets within the jeans. I don't notice them at all when I am riding. August 3, 2015
They should come with the jeans you hardly noticed them in the jeans I don't know why they don't come with the jeans. August 3, 2015
Awesome Product I bought this product at the same time I got my scorpion jeans. These pads are hardly noticeable when wearing the jeans. I would not adjust the size of the pants you are ordering to fit these, they are so thin they would not change your pant size" May 2, 2015
