Answer: 
It is ICON's relaxed fit so it is meant to be layered over a jacket or hoodie. If you plan to wear it over another ICON jacket then you should plan on going up one size.

In my review of the jacket I mentioned that I wore a large riding jacket and ordered a large version of the PDX jacket. It fits perfectly over the top of your riding jacket. This is the way that ICON designed this jacket, to be worn over the regular riding jacket. Hope this helps!
