Icon 1000 Outsider Jacket
bad a*s jacket
Looks great, feels great. A substantial jacket with D30 armor already included. arms are convertible for summer riding, so you still get shoulder and back protection with more of the cruiser style.
Only complaint, in some spots the construction quality got overlooked (extra fabric, seams coming loose). But overall the build quality is great.
Wish it had one more interior pocket, as the one on the inner right is a bit small.
I'm 5'10" 187 pounds with 45" chest. bought a large. too small, XL fits just right.

After owning this jacket for almost a year, in which it has become pretty much the only one I wear, I felt it deserved some praise. I am a bit round in size, which means I do have to get larger and more relaxed style jackets. That said, most jackets don't require me to go the full 4X to zip them up, so it was a bit smaller than I expected. However, it's still insanely comfortable, even on very long road trips where the temperature and weather might change. Very easy to start out on a cool morning with the liner in and sleeves on, then toss them in the saddle bags as the day heats up...it will still be comfortable even on those scorcher days. Having the padding (which I thankfully haven't tested, and hope it stays that way) does offer a little piece of mind. The armor doesn't show or get in the way of the range of motion at all. All of the other styling that adds to the jacket looking good is just icing on the cake. Truly a great jacket. Well done, Icon.

Great Coat, hidden protection.
Great style! Good protection/D30 pads without looking like it has them. This coat gets compliments everywhere I wear it. I have only used it in colder weather, but I expect it to perform good in warm weather also. It is very comfortable and looks great. This is my new go to coat for sure. Can't wait for spring and warmer weather. It did run slightly smaller than the other ICON jackets I have, but not enough to worry about.

Style and Protection!
First, I'll start off with sizing. This jacket is big. I looked at Icon's sizing chart and it said I should get a XL. I knew this had to be wrong and after I watched the product video confirmed this. The guy (Buzz Saw) was wearing a Large and my chest size was smaller then his. So I called Revzilla and spoke with someone and they told me I should get the Large also. I had doubts but decided to get the Large. When I received the jacket and tried it on it was just a little to big. None of the armor fell into place. I called up Revizilla and they shipped me out a Medium. It fit like a glove.
Second, Style. This jacket is amazing looking. The leather is nice and the denim is the best. I thought this jacket was going to be pretty hot but it's not to bad. I live in California and it's only spring so we will see about summer. But that's the cool thing. I can remove the liner and also zip the sleeves off! So many options!
Third, Comfort. It's super comfortable. The only thing is around the adams apple area it kind of rubs but I'm sure after the break in period it will be fine. I've also noticed that the back protector sometimes moves up a little and I can feel it. Nothing bad or uncomfortable.
Overall. This is one of my favorite purchases besides my bike!

Great Warm weather Jacket
Great Jacket, its larger so order one size down. Ordered to replace my cheapo starter jacket that most of the buckles and zips had busted on. I'm a bigger guy so I was excited to find something that had a chance of fitting. Good news, it does, CS was really helpful.
I've been waiting to ride with it before I wrote a review, I couldn't wait any longer and took the bike out for a spin, it was 27 out. With the liner in and a sweatshirt I wasn't cold, just chilly. You can definitely feel the air flow from the chest vents, surprisingly the arms seemed to seal pretty well against the cold. I wouldn't recemend for extended riding in the cold without an extra layer that will really block the wind.
Judging by the ability to remove the sleeves and the amount of airflow you get I'm pretty sure this is going to be a great warm weather jacket.
I was a little worried after my elsinores kept having buckle issues, but all the hardware and stitching on the jacket appears to be top notch.
The jacket is comfortable on and off the bike and the armor is easy easy to remove and re-install if you plan on wearing it while your bike is parked.
