Dedicated to Valentino Rossi and his enormous talent, the Dainese VR46 is inspired by his endearing personality and characterized by the yellow color that has always accompanied Valentino on his countless exploits. Constructed in 1.2 mm thick cowhide leather with inserts in S1 elasticated fabric for excellent ergonomics and featuring co-injected protectors with aluminum inserts on the shoulders, the VR46 Pelle jacket is designed for the Tavullia legend’s most sports-minded fans.

Just one word for this jacket - AWESOME! Bought this jacket more for the looks then for riding with it every day. The style is the best I have seen. The quality of construction is outstanding. Best feature is the high visibility yellow/green that helps you be seen. The reflective silver accents also add to being seen. Fit is excellent. Sleeve length and body length are just a little bit more then other Dainese jackets I have which makes for a better fit. The only thing I have had a little trouble with are the zippers. They are a bit sticky and sometimes are hard to move. March 8, 2012

The Dainese VR46 Leather Jacket contains proprietary Dainese armor that is certified to EN1621.1/97 standards. Dainese makes their own proprietary armor, therefore they do not adhere to CE standards.

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Dainese sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
