I needed a new warmer jacket and this was a great choice. Only one thing worries me and that's the water (rain) and road debris (bugs) might stain it. It's a beautiful jacket and good down to low 40*F, which is perfect for Houston winters, which aren't that cold. Fit is superb (right on point, I'm 5'7"/155lbs size 50) and style great, as for price I got it on sale and last one, win win. Haven't had the need for any fleece under jacket for additional warmth but has some room/not a lot but some. Another plus I have a Dianese textile jacket so I can use my G2 from that jacket for this one.

Fashionable and functional
This is a typical quality of Dainese. I'm 5'7" at 170 and fits perfect. Size 52 The color is perfect. This is a jacket that can be worn for safety and look good at the same time.

Excellent protection and great style.
I love this jacket. It has strong protection and it looks great. I like having a jacket that I can wear into a restaurant/bar after getting off my bike. It's well ventilated for warmer days but I haven't worn it during the summer... not sure if I will, I most likely will opt for lighter protection. I also like that it sits low enough on my back that even in riding position, my low back is not exposed. This jacket is a solid value.

Great, stylish, well made jacket
This is a great jacket!! It has plenty of features and looks awesome. It is not cheap, but quality and craftsmanship are there. I am 5'8" 175 pounds with a 40" chest. I would have normally ordered a 52, but after watching the video I ordered a size 50. I could barely squeeze into it. Revzilla is great about returns and they had a size 52 in the mail that day. I would say the conversion chart is pretty much accurate, but if you want to layer, or like a loose fit, order one size up. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and get tons of compliments on the jacket.

This jacket is an amazing, you just need to ride over 20 km/ hour and you wont feel any warm points inside the jacket..
the smell of it when i opened the case was just amazing, the finish to the detail is great (Just as any Dainese item i Think).
while riding its the best thing regarding confort... but off the bike.. the shoulders are a bit short...
The fit would be european so go a size large if you dont want to have a tight fit..
The protection are in the prefect place so you dont even notice that you have them..

Erwin K:It doesn't have any perforations, but it does have semi permeable or breathable panels on the upper arms. I just got this jacket about a month ago so I can't speak to it's hot weather performance but it's great in the cold. I commute about 2 hours a day in it and felt comfortable even on a 48° morning. Just don't get it wet. Those arm panels are NOT water proof. Hope this helps. Dec 11, 2014
Manuel H:I have the non perf jacket and it has very little ventilation. There is some ventilation on the inside of the arms and some in the chest with vents open. I'm in LA and it can get hot in the summer months, specially if it's in the 90's. That may be the only set back because it's a great jacket. The quality is great, looks good on and off the bike.Dec 11, 2014
Mark W:It would be a little warm during the summer in San Diego. It does have a couple of vents and fabric on the sleeves, so it's not too bad. Definitely not as cool as a textile jacket, but perfect for the cooler nights.Feb 8, 2014
A shopper asked:I ride a cafe racer that I carve canyons with and I want a 2 piece suit. I love the design of the jacket without all the action that other jackets and suits have. But what I want to know is, would this realistically pair well with a zip in pair of pants? Or do you have to go more a GP style jacket? If it might, what pants are the best pairing?May 14, 2013
AaronG:I found out by calling Dianese they do not make any pants with this same tanning process. They have a pair of just straight leather pants (no armor, no pucks, etc.) that is close, but not quite the same. The zipper though in the jacket is fully compatible with the regular GP style pants, they just wont match color/style perfectly.May 18, 2013
