Combining the comfort of fabric with the technical content of leather, to make riding pleasant even with summer temperatures, with assertive style and personality; this was the idea that led to the development of the Frazer Jacket. These inserts, in S1 bi-axial elastic fabric combined with patented Microelastic inserts and lining with silver ion treatment with 3D Bubble fabric inserts make this garment exceptionally ergonomic.

  • Aluminum inserts on the shoulders

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Dainese sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chest: Measure from under/top of armpit across chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
  • Gloves: Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around your hand, behind the knuckles, not including the thumb.

Dainese Frazer Leather Jacket 4.6 5 14 14
Great service and awesome jacket Revzilla always has great prices, service and quick delivery. You can't really ask for anything else. The jacket is everything I needed. Great for the summer but still has leather in all the right places. Jacket fit me a tiny bit larger than my full leather Daniese, of the same size, but not that big of a deal. November 24, 2014
Good jacket that looks good as well This jacket is great, one of the more nicer ones to wear on the streets in my opinion. If you want a jacket that's a step below a full race leather jacket, I say this is it. It's a good summer jacket with good air flow. It seems like it provides good protection too, the only thing is the thing non leather fabric throughout the jacket like around on the sleeves. I'm not sure how good it would hold up if you got in an accident since it seems pretty thin. But I think thats where the leather and other safety features that are placed on the jacket come in case of that scenario. Other than that, everything else is a thumbs up. September 29, 2014
Nice Jacket - Fit & Performance Input FIT: I am 6' 3", 200 lbs. wearing a size 56 - it fits nice. Sleeves are decent length even with short-cuff gloves when riding, back is long enough and I "cinched" the waist just a little bit with the velcro straps to keep a good sleek fit. I originally included the Wave G2 back protector, but found that it just moved around to much for me and switched to the Shield Air G2. Snug fit, but it feels nice - not too bulky. PERFORMANCE: So far, 200 miles in a Texas summer and this jacket is warm, but tolerable. Once your moving, it's not too bad. Decent ventilation (I can feel the air moving through my chest and up my back from the front and side vents) and decent protection. Caught three five-inch grasshoppers in the chest yesterday (yea really that big) and nothing. I am pairing this jacket with the Drake Air Textile pants, but I have not worn them yet - next week is my long ride, so I'll report back. July 28, 2014
Great for City, and not so long trips This jacket it is much nicer that what it looks on the video with a lot of italian style and not loosing protection Im 170cm tall in my size was a 52 (right size) if you are planning to buy something wich is not for racing motorcycles, this is for sure one alternative that you must consider June 12, 2014
Looks great, feels very safe. The features of this jacket are on par with or better than any other jacket I looked at for the price and style. Construction on the jacket is very solid. On hot days it gets a little warm in the jacket but for normal riding its great. The style and protection are what sold me and I'm very happy with my purchase. June 9, 2014
Frazer leather review hot in the sun. size for the body is short but I might just have a long torso. Arms fit fine. Neck buttons rubbed on my adams apple. shipped from Las Vegas, not Philadelphia. seemed like it took an extra long time to arrive as it was shipped ground. May 27, 2014
Great Jacket!!!! Bought it for my commute for work and I must say, its a Great Jacket!!! I went to the bike shop close to my house to try out the size and it does fit a little small. Great jacket overall. I bought the g2 back protector and it fits on great. It does get a little hot out in the sun though, I live in California and was wearing it out during the day in 100 degree weather. gets hot at idle stops but once you start riding, it cools down. It does come more fitted than other jackets out there, but definitely recommend!! May 20, 2014
Leather meets textile I purchased this jacket primarily for my 22 mile commute to work each day. Not only is it well suited for a touring capacity, but it fits and looks great on the city streets. Compared to an Icon jacket I own, this fits much more snuggly and does not feel like I am wearing a huge black plastic bag. This jacket does run a little on the smaller side, but I noticed that it breaks in well and feels tailored to my body after several weeks now. It has great armor in the arms/elbows and the shoulder pads- including the aluminum protectors. This jacket offers supreme protection. I wish it would come with a back-protector, although the foam protector from my Alpinestars mesh jacket fit PERFECTLY! As far as air-flow, it seems to allow for an adequate amount of ventilation. My only critique about this jacket is that on hot days the rider stays warm because it is all black. On the cold days, it lets too much air flow through the Cordura fabric, making for a chilly ride. I would recommend this jacket to someone who is looking for something that looks great and provides good protection. May 6, 2014

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Chelsey M: Badass styling and good protection for price! was on closeout and had my size left, good reviews. Oct 24, 2014
Michael A: It's Dainese! Seriously I have one of their textile jackets and the overall fit is perfect. Aug 23, 2014
Scott M: Tried the fit in retail and the revzilla price was better. Apr 19, 2014
Jeffrey H asked: What is the temperature range on this jacket? Would it be fine at 40 F for short commutes of 30 min ? or with a layer underneath? Aug 9, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (1) No (0)
Steve M: the jacket does surprisingly well in the cold with its liner and perhaps additional layers. Below 50 I’d probably go with a leather jacket and liner, though. I hate getting cold on my commute. Aug 19, 2013
Reply to Steve Good answer? Yes (1) No (0)
Roger S: I bought it just last month (July), so I haven't tried it at anything below 60 degrees. I think it would be OK at 40 degrees for short durations, but it really isn't a four-seasons jacket.

If you order one, you might want to go one size above what their fit chart says; it said a 50, but after reading many of the feedback comments I went with a 52 and it was the correct fit for me.

Alex G: The coldest I've ridden wearing this is about a 20 minute ride (with less than half that at highway speed) in the low 40s F, and my torso stayed plenty warm with all the zip vents closed and just a long-sleeve shirt underneath. A warmer layer underneath would certainly help. Upper temp for the jacket (for me anyway) is probably mid 80s, less if you're going to be sitting in traffic. Aug 9, 2013
Reply to Alex Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Martin S: I would say at 40F you will want a warm layer underneath. This jacket does not have a separate/removable inner thermal liner. Aug 9, 2013

Vinicio A asked: Is it waterproof ? Jul 15, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Oluwashina A: Well it not so bad in light drizzle. Definitely not in rain. Rode in rain and the jacket was soaked. Great jacket tho. Works well at high speed. Fit is awesome. Jul 16, 2014
Reply to Oluwashina Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Matt O: I have never had it in the rain, but I would say with the material and the way it breathes, that it would not be waterproof. Jul 15, 2014
Reply to Matt Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Patrick C: I've only been caught in the rain once, the leather parts seem water resistant, the non leather parts are not waterproof. Jul 16, 2014
Reply to Patrick Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Roger S: No, its not waterproof, but, like most Cordura fabrics, it sheds water pretty well until the rain becomes a downpour. Jul 16, 2014
Reply to Roger Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Gui F: No.
It will withstand a light drizzle for a few minutes but then you're getting wet.

A shopper asked: Does this jacket have a sleeve for a chest protector? Apr 8, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Roger S: I just purchased a Dainese back protector yesterday for this jacket, where there was a zippered pocket, but I see nothing for a chest protector. Apr 8, 2014
Reply to Roger Good answer? Yes (1) No (0)
ISAAC D: No, it hasn't got a sleeve, but when fitting proper you just put the protector on the inside and you are done! It is supposed no to sleep or move around. Apr 12, 2014

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Yonathan H: It's fine when you are moving. The jacket breaths good and the slots on the forearm that you can open are a nice feature. However if you are sitting for more than a couple of minutes you are going to get hot especially on a sunny day. May 29, 2014
Reply to Yonathan Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Patrick C: 84 degrees today, I was wearing a t shirt. Absolutely soaked in sweat stuck in traffic. 20 mph and above you will probably be fine May 27, 2014

Binh N asked: Is that red stripe reflective? May 22, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Andres R: hey ive own the jacket for over a year now. i got it all black, so i cant speak 100% for the red stripe, however if its the same material, it is 100% NOT reflective. although if you want a reflective jacket, you shouldnt bank on a 3inch stripe on a jacket... overall great jacket. breathes well, protects well... Santiago N asked: I'm 36 in. chest and around 22.5-22.8 in sleeve, according to those measures I should go for a size 46 but there aren't any in stock and I'm also afraid that it would be a bit too small for me making it uncomfortable to ride with. Should I go for a size 48? I'm 5'5 (165 cm) and 132 pounds (60 kg) muscular body type but thin. Thanks a lot! Jan 8, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
keith o: I am 5'-8" and 165 lbs, with a 38" chest. I bought the 48 size and it fits perfectly, just snug all over, but not constricting. I am a bicycle racer, so I am trim when training. I'd try the 48, it is is too loose, you could always return it and wait for the 46. Jan 16, 2014
