One shade darker.
When I received this replacement lens I thought it was the same shade but after pulling the one that came with the helmet the new one was a shade darker. I now can ride in full sun without sunglasses. It takes more force to remove the inner shield than you think but the shield are vary durable.

Visor replacement
I did not have an easy time of removing stock inner sunshield nor replacing it with the darker shield. Took me some time, but, finally after about an hour I was able to make the change. I used the directions that were posted here. A video would help. I would recommend the darker sunshield. The stock is not dark enough to make a real difference when the sun is in your eyes.

With the internal sun shield in the lowered position, hold the sun shield between thumb and forefinger on the right side and pull the right side of the shield straight out from the helmet. Repeat with the left side, then reverse the process to re-install.2 months, 1 week ago

You just pull a tab on each side to release the old shield, and snap the new one in. A representative from Revzilla talked me through it the first time, takes less than two minutes to change them after you've done it once. There are 2 available shields, clear and smoke. My only concern is that it's all plastic, but it is warranted for 5 years. I'm very happy with mine.1 month, 4 weeks ago
