Awesome Jacket.
I've had this jacket for more than 2 years and over 18K miles and I can attest to the quality and comfort that makes this a great jacket.
I was initially drawn to this jacket because it comes in tall sizes and it's classic style. I wear a large tall. I'm 6'4" 210 lbs, on the lanky side with a chest size of 44-46.
Things I like about this jacket:
Style
Fit
Comfort
Collar fit (very important for me)
Great air flow without the liner, even at 90 degrees.
Warm and dry with the liner, even at 45 degrees with light drizzle.
It still looks great!

great for tall riders!
At 6'8 250, with a 46 inch chest and 38 inch sleeves I'm Probably one of the Tall/bigger guys around trying to fold up on a sport bike and have had a real issue finding a jacket that fits me the way a sport jacket should. Tried a joe rocket jacket first which was overall a C- at best. Then I ran across scorpion's line of tall gear. bought a textile first which fit great and had some really cool features. And it looked rad! I've had the textile for over two years and its held up great. a couple months ago i sold the joe rocket on craigslist and threw down the rest to buy this jacket. I've wanted if forever and finally convinced myself to throw down the cash. this thing is AWESOME. Looks good in a clean, understated way. now that im a little older i don't really want a road jacket with a speed hump and 6 different colors of leather. its comfy and fits true to size in the chest so measure up and buy one!

Good jacket, survived a crash
Pro:
Excellent ventilation
Durable, survived a 50mph slide on road and gravel
removable liner and multiple pockets.
Con:
Without the liner it fits large and it is not very adjustable. I bought a 2XL... next time I would buy a XL TALL. (6'2", 220lbs normal build)
Armor seems thin, especially on the spine,

Great for hot weather!
Jacket is fantastic, fits so well for a large framed person. Feels a little heavy for what it is, but being leather (perforated) it's got some protection. I ride in 120+ degree weather often, so I need one that breathes. As long as I'm moving this jacket feels VERY comfortable. Even just walking in it has enough airflow.

One of the best leather jackets for tall guys
Regarding sizing/fitting:
I'm 6'6" and 230lbs with really broad shoulders/long arms, and so finding a good fitting motorcycle leather jacket was not something I expected to happen. I saw that this jacket came in Tall sizes and so I thought I'd give it a try. I started out by ordering a XL (Tall) and amazingly, the arm length was almost longer than I even needed, and it fits nice and snug - but it wasn't long enough (came up too high above the waist.) I exchanged the jacket for a 2XL (Tall) and now it comes down to my waist, but is a little baggier than I wanted - but overall, considering how hard it is to find good fitting shirts/jackets, I am extremely impressed with the tall-friendliness of this jacket. I did take out the liner and pads so that the jacket looks more casual- I'll use the liner if It ever gets cold in the winter, and the pads when I go to the track.
Quality-wise:
The quality of this jacket is more than I would've expected for the price paid. The zippers, pockets, and padding are all top notch and look great.
Look-wise:
IMO, this is the best looking leather jacket around that comes in tall sizes. It's a very sport/race-oriented looking jacket, so if thats the style you like- you're going to love this jacket. I love that there are no huge brand names anywhere and nothing that begs for attention. It's just a very sleek cool looking black jacket.

Fits big guys well
I'm 5'11", 42" waist, 50" chest, 44" belly. After trying a few different leather jackets, this one finally fit me right. the stretch panels on the side make it very comfortable and keeps the jacket fitting well. The perforation flowed alot of air, but i kind of wish the back was perf as well to give the air some place to exit.
My only complaint would be the sleeves. they are slightly too long for me, which isnt a big deal, but the cuffs do not fit over my short cuff gloves when zipped up.
great looking jacket, quality leather, and lots of features.

Good protection, venting, great style
The Scorpion Stinger jacket is a great choice for a vented leather jacket. The Phantom is very low key, and it's quite possible to not notice it's armored at first glance.
Sizing:
It seems true to size. The torso cut is straight. I wear a normally wear a 48-50 and the 3XL was great fit. Without the lining, it's perfect. The lining makes it a slightly tighter fit, but still fine. At 6'3", I probably could have gone with the Tall size, but the standard reaches my waist just fine (belt loop connector reaches, but might give a wedgie on a sport bike). Arms are good, even when reaching for controls.
The ventilation is great in an upright position (I can't comment on how it feels on a sport bike). There is plenty of exhaust from the side panels/shoulders. It could probably do with venting/perf in the actual back, so you will probably get sweat spots on your back and very minor parachuting at highway speeds, if it's big on you. That said, it's still plenty cool while moving.
I've not had a chance to use the wind proof lining, but the mesh jacket lining feels comfortable. Jacket is comfortable with both long and short sleeves. The lining does a reasonable job of wicking sweat, but I'd still recommend a dedicated base layer for a better job.
The CE armor pieces are all soft and flexible, so it is very comfortable. They are held in place by velcro pockets. The pockets seem snug and the velcro closures are at midpoint of the pocket, so I don't think you'd be able to replace the armor with anything inflexible (but, I haven't tried to). The back armor is the standard thin foam pad, and is zipped into the pocket with a zipper about 40% from the top. The SAS-TEC 1/11 back protector was a drop in upgrade for me, but YMMV based on jacket size (not sure if the pocket is the same for all sizes). I was not able to slid the Knox TP-2 in, so I don't think any inflexible back pad will work.
Comfort items:
The jacket has two zippered breast pockets (liner has pass-throughs for access), two hand warmer pockets, and a zippered stash pocket.
The waist adjustment is fairly minor. The side panels are stretch material, but they don't stretch a ton. If your belly is much bigger than your chest size, you may have trouble fitting this jacket (maybe 1-2" of stretch). Shoulder and elbow stretch panels work great.
The sleeve zippers are not locking, but there are snaps to keep them closed. Riding with the snaps closed and zippers open makes pseudo arm vents.
No zipper connect for riding pants. Only a single snap closure for hooking through a belt loop.
Overall, I really like this jacket. For <$400, I think it's a good choice.

Great product for the price. Great protection and style.
The Scorpion Stinger Phantom jacket is a great jacket for the price. It is low key but very stylish. The reflective panels are minimal but work well. The fully perforated front gives great airflow while riding and the ventalated armor allows for your body to breathe while riding on hotter days. Keep in mind if you will be riding with or without the quilted liner for sizing purposes. If you plan to ride without the lliner then a size smaller is recommended. The stretch panels offer ample adjustment to accomadate a difference in proportions. I am 6'2" 265lbs and where a 2XL (tall). The stitching is high quality and gives a verylow profile but cool look to you while riding.
