GMax GM68 Helmet - Solid Colors

GMAX follows-up the huge success of the 46X off road helmet with the same winning combinations for the new GM68 full face street helmet. Plenty of ventilation and plenty of style. Includes tinted shield and a deluxe helmet bag with shield pocket.

The GM68 also features GMAX's Patented L.E.D. light on the rear of the helmet, which is incorporated into rear vent and has different easy to use light settings.

High air fllow top intake vents feature larger controls for easy use with gloved hands
Large rear exhaust vents get the hot air out
Interior designed to assist shell and styro venting by not blocking the vent holes and channels
Lightweight, multiple shells and styro’s for GMAX premium fit and maximum comfort
DOT approved, lightweight thermo-plastic poly alloy shell
Plush, removable, washable Coolmax® interior allows for custom fit and comfort that is second to none
Removable adjustable cheekpads for custom fitting with optional sized cheek pads
Interior designed for noise reduction, with noise reduction cheek pad shape, vented chin curtain and rear neck roll shape
Padded chin strap with D-Ring closure and retention snap secures the excess strap
Patented LED light is incorporated into the rear vent, unobtrusive design is easy to use with different light settings
Anti-scratch optically corrected shield is easily removed
Large eyeport for improved range of vision
Molded front air defl ector directs hot breath away from the shield to reduce fogging and the adjustable chin vent directs fresh air upward across the inside of the shield, to help reduce fogging
Painted shell with high-tech water decals and high quality clear coat finish

Love this helmet!!! Fits great. Looks awesome ( like something batman would have) Good air flow. Comes with smoked shield and smoked light cover. The light feature is pretty cool. ( even tho you never see it) Over all this is a great Helmet! May 13, 2013

You cannot beat this helmet I recently bought the gm68 helmet and love it. It has great style, tons of air vents if needed. It only fogs when I'm stalled at a light and kicking for a few minutes with the visor closed,lol. This helmet comes with a dark visor, which in itself usually costs 30$. My head is 7 5/8, which is pretty big..and the large fits perfectly, snug around the face, does not move at all. This is my first helmet being that I just got into riding, but you cannot go wrong with this helmet. You will love it! May 6, 2013

very good helmet good in value The GMax GM68 is a very good helmet, I am new to riding and after buying a new bike I didn't have much left to spend on gear. So thats why I got this helmet which a really good helmet for a 100 bucks, has alot of features. Like the vents are great have alot of air flow in the helmet for hot days, 2 visors a clear and a dark smoke, a led in the back for evening and night riding, not really noticeable during the day, and its comfortable and has a good style. Don't be fooled by the price This is a feature heavy helmet for a very low price. Excellent feeling liner, great airflow, fits better than my Icon Domain (300+), pockets for headphones or comms, nice helmet bag and clear and tinted visors w/microfiber bag. For a few bucks extra has a clear shield with tinted outer half shield that works awesome going day to night April 3, 2013

Excellent Passenger Helmet! Not only is this helmet cool, but it's cheap as well! I got it for a passenger helmet since it has the LED in the back, for more visibility. Bang for the buck! Very light Helmet! Has tons of air flow, kind of loud but I use ear plugs so It gets quiet. Excellent for the summer! I got a matte black helmet. It comes with a tinted shield and helmet bag! It's DOT approved so it gets the job done! Definitely recommend this helmet! January 21, 2013

Answer:

A standard D ring and snap for the excess. Strap goes through one side of the D ring, out the other, and then the excess has a button snap that connects to the strap to keep it from flapping around. Its nice and secure but its hard to do with gloves on, even mesh ones. Probably the only downside of the helmet.
