GMax GM68 Helmet - Solid
Looks good, sounds loud.
This is the third helmet I've ever purchased/used. First off, the look is awesome. Very reminiscent of a design by a major helmet manufacturer without the major price tag. The vents are pretty cool (not a pun). It's still cold enough to not need to open them so I haven't had a chance to really test the airflow. The fit is fine. The only thing I've noticed is I can "kiss" the front inside of the helmet (which I could not do with my other helmets). Maybe it's just the shape of my head/mouth. The other drawback is the noise level. With all the vents I think this is unavoidable. It's not unbearable but it will get annoying on long trips. Some ear plugs or earbuds would solve this issue. There also seems to be pockets to insert the earpiece to a communications system if one was to purchase it.
Not mentioned in the description but included is the smoked/tinted spare shield and a smoked/tinted spare panel for the rear "tail lights". They also throw in some spare batteries, a nice plus.
Overall a fine helmet. I will definitely consider GMax for future helmet purchases.

Jack of all trades!
The features of this helmet and the value it represents make it a must have for any rider. If you are looking for value and quality this is a no brainer. Fits very comfortably and true to size. Noise and weight are average for the cost but its not excessively heavy nor loud. I wore this helmet on a long cold night (32F) and long warm day (89F), it performed outstandingly in every scenario. Light rain was not a factor either nor did it affect the lighting system protected a seal. The ventilation of this helmet is superb with five easy access overhead vents with that can easily be found with a glove along with a three
position chin vent. Removable wicking liner, without uncomfortable pressure points. Clear and smoke visor included, easy install and with multi locking position for city riding, great for traffic days. I love the helmet bag and extra visor bag that is included for this helmet. Smoke tint rear light and red light are included also, the light system will get you noticed during the day and night while reducing the risk of you not being noticed on the road. Perfect for upright and 3/4 riding. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to have an affordable commuter helmet that will get you noticed while not sacrificing comfort and style.

Great for the price!
This helmet is great for what you're paying! Love the LED feature really helpful for my area as The horrible drivers. Super lightweight and comfortable! Has open slots by the ears so its good for headphones which I love! Overall its a really good helmet.

LED light works great, an overall great deal
I bought this two months ago and I have hardly any complaints. Easy removal of tinted and clear visors. Has great air flow. Only thing is that lots of air comes in around the chin and with winter upon us it can get cold. It's still a great deal.

This helmet was a great price for my first helmet purchase. Back of the helmet has a light with 3 different speed settings. Also came with the tinted shield and a long sack to put it in. Fits great and super comfortable.

After watching Revzilla's video reviewing this helmet, I was willing to give it a try. I got it on sale and have since ridden around 350 miles with it. At first, it was a little uncomfortable/tight around the eyebrows, but as time went on, it became more comfortable. I really like the LED feature on the back of the helmet. I ride a lot at night so this safety feature is nice. The venting is less than I had expected for the size and quantity of the vents, but it is as good as most other helmets I've used. Mine came with an extra visor, which was great, and the shipping was lightning fast. Overall, I am very, very satisfied with the helmet, especially for the price. Probably the best sub- $120 helmet I've ever seen.

Warm city? You won't regret it!
Some may have already mentioned it, but the air flow windows are an excellent feature! i live in some of warmer cities in the world (getting to 115 F during summer) and i definetly wouldn't change that extra airflow for a $400 stylish helmet. Air flow is a must in warm cities like mine, and the GMax GM68 fits the job just right, you won't regret it!

Great value and features
I've had this helmet for nearly 2 months now and am still impressed. I haven't had the oppurtunity to test how it holds up to a crash, and I hope to not have to. It doesn't look/feel like it has the same safety features as a $900 helmet, but it should be sufficient for most impacts that would occur on the roads at legal speeds. The Visor is super easy to change out and having the extra tinted visor is a major bonus.
The fit does seem to run a bit small ( I usually wear a medium or large, but I wear a small G68) but the comfort is awesome. When I first got it the helmet fit a bit tight and squeezed my cheeks a bit, but after a few rides and sweat the foam released its grip a little bit, but not so much to become useless.
I've worn this in 98+ degree weather and as long as I am moving along the vent keep my head nice and cool. It's super nice on breezy/chilly night rides as well since all the vents and chin can be closed off. The light is a nice feature to have, and I plan on getting the wireless transmitter for the the brake light connection very soon.
Overall I'm very happy with this helmet, the fit and comfort.
