Wolfman Enduro Tank Bag 4.7 5 70 70
small easy My friends said it's small it is just the size for what I need November 9, 2015
Great bag Only had this bag a few weeks but it seems quite durable and very water resistant. This is about the largest bag I could imagine on a KTM 500EXC. It allows me to get forward on the bike in a neutral trail-riding position without interfering with the gas cap. Plenty of room for extra gloves, phone, etc. The zippers work well and are covered so help keep the water out. The bag seems well assembled. I don't anticipate durability issues with it. November 3, 2015
tough, functional bag This bag works great. Gave it 4 stars because it'd be even greater if it was waterproof. Fits my XT250 well. I have to put it over the gas cap for it to sit far enough forward for me, but it's not too much of a hassle because I can just unbuckle it to fill up. September 21, 2015
Low Durability I had the tank bag for about a year before the seams began coming apart with very limited use. The quality of craftsmanship is very poor and I would recommend purchasing something a bit more durable. September 13, 2015
Just the right size for a 450cc and under bike. I use this bag on my KLX450R and it is just the right size to keep tools, snacks, drinks, maps, etc. but not too big that it gets in the way when riding in the trails. My legs do touch it when I stand up, but it is as narrow as my seat so I don't notice it much. Easy install and to remove. I also have the 3.1 gallon larger gas tank on my bike and this bag fits great with it and doesn't interfere with the gas cap. August 31, 2015
solid constuction Have a older version of this bag on another bike, lots of miles on it and it is holding up great. Just got the second so I do not have to keep moving from bike to bike. New harness is better than the old one and construction is just as good. Not waterproof so rain cover is a good idea and the map pocket is kind of small but it does what it is made for and will last for years. July 11, 2015
Another well made Wolfman product This bag was very easy to install and there are plenty of online how-to's. There is not a lot of space in this bag, but I doubt there ever is with a tank bag. Very pleased with the purchase. June 15, 2015
Best bag I like how small this bag is but it is still packed with little features. I have had it about a year now and would recommend it to anyone. I wouldn't say it is waterproof but it is water resistant. June 8, 2015

Robert S: Perfect size and shape for my large capacity dual sport gas tank Jun 26, 2015
Robert N: Have a DR650 with an acerbis fuel tank. Have had wolfman tank bag before on another bike and it holds up well. This looks small enough to fit and big enough to be of use - water bottle, cable lock, camera. Like the map holder - use a tomtom rider but maps are still important. Front non-zippered pouch will be good for toll money and hard candy. Jun 20, 2015

Great quality, hasn't faded after a year in the sun, I even ran it through the washing machine and it looks like new! Dec 5, 2014
michael j b: past experience with this company Sep 30, 2014
Brian M: Good fit for my dual sport, although does not allow me to sit as far forward as I need for tricky dirt/rock/stream crossings. Sep 25, 2014
Robert E: For KTM 690 running around bag. Assuming it comes with mounting straps.. Sep 16, 2014
timothy v: positive reviews, and was the right size for my WR250R Sep 13, 2014
YUSIF M: Great tank bag and the size is just perfect for my KTM 690, hard construction and It doesn't interfere with the body movement... Don't forget to order the rain cover separately.. I recommend this product. Sep 2, 2014
Douglas C: I chose this tank bag because I have several other Wolfman bags and I have been very pleased with those. Jul 29, 2014
Lynn S: I chose this for my XR650L w/ Clarke 4.7 gallon tank. I've been swapping my Wolfman Explorer Lite back and forth between the XRL and my Suzuki DL1000, but the Explorer Lite is just too big for the Honda. The Enduro looks to be just perfect however. Jul 15, 2014
Arion D: Wolfman came recommended from a friend. Seems to hold just the right amount of stuff for the price, and will fit my XT350 nicely. Hoping to make more photographic opportunities possible by easily grabbing my camera at scenic points. Jul 10, 2014
Gary S: Just the right size for my wife's XT250 and my KTM 300 XC-W. If you want to carry a lot I would suggest the next size up but this one works fine for my needs. Not so large that it gets in the way when standing on pegs (which I do a lot). I own 2 other Wolfman bags and they are well made (here in America!). Jun 25, 2014
James D: good reviews from dual sport guys on not interfering with riding off road, standing on pegs, etc. will use on my DL650 and WR250R Jun 24, 2014

Doug E: Have a smaller bag using the same tank straps, greater flexibiliity or use Mar 14, 2014
glenn s: Best fit for my need of a smallish bag that has a map pocket for long off road rides as well as being able to carry handy items needed with out digging into pockets. Its small form also seems to lend well for room to move around on the seat when off road. Feb 27, 2014
Ersin K: It looks like it will fit my F650GS . I hope it does because the bag looks good and has a good reputation. Feb 25, 2014
Laurie N: I thought it would fit my bike, but after fitting it to my Tiger 800 I found that I'd rather use a tail pack. Feb 22, 2014
Carl W: Wanted a quality tank bag that wasn't big and bulky for my KLR 650 with IMS desert tank. This bag fits perfectly and is just the right size to carry the stuff I need to have readily accessible. Feb 14, 2014
Russell B: I wanted a small tank bag to carry a few things on relatively short trips. This one got good reviews and was less expensive than others. Jan 19, 2014
Robin S: For my new BMW Jan 13, 2014

Edward C: Highly recommended by ADVRiders forum members, especially for enduro and dual-purpose type motorcycles Aug 17, 2013
Justin H asked: Is it a waterproof bag the (WM Enduro tank bag)? If not do I have to buy a waterproof bag to go over it? Dec 7, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Christopher K: No Justin, it is not a waterproof bag. And Wolfman does not include the waterproof cover when you purchase the bag, you have to buy it separately, and it is not inexpensive. If you're not planning on riding in the rain a lot, go to WalMart and buy a can of silicone camp spray (it's in the shoe and/or camping area) and treat the tank bag that way. BE CAREFUL not to get any spray on the clear map cover.
Two wheels down, Brother! Merry Christmas.

Wendell E: No, they are water resistant and with some water repelling spray such as for tents do a pretty good job, though, as they are a heavy duty fabric. Also, they are small enough that a your items can go in a plastic shopping bag used as an inside liner. The map holder only has a Velcro seal so maps will get wet if not the waterproof type paper. Gary G: The bag is not technically built to be waterproof, but it is definitely water resistant with the heavy fabric used in construction. There is a waterproof cover that you can purchase...which I have used in a number of rain storms. With the cover in place, all items stored in the bag have stayed dry in some very wet conditions. Dec 7, 2014

Cindy H: It is not waterproof. you have a couple choices to keep things dry inside the bag. A smaller waterproof roll up bag or a waterproof box. I found a box on sale at my local REI that holds my documents and phone. Everything else I carry can handle getting a bit wet. Dec 7, 2014

Shawn M: No, it isn't waterproof. You'll need a cover or maybe some spray on waterproofing would work for a short time. A little rain won't get through, but when it rains heavy it soaks through. Dec 7, 2014

Leonard B: I have no overbag and never found it needed it so I guess it is waterproof to a reasonable extent. Dec 9, 2014

timothy v: I don't believe this bag is rated as waterproof as they make a rain cover for it. Dec 7, 2014

John W asked: Does this bag (WM Enduro Tank Bag) require the purchase of the "small four-point tank bag harness"? Does the Dowco Fastrax Extreme come with a harness? Thanks John G. Jun 3, 2014

Brenda N: The Wolfman Enduro tank bag comes complete. It's a really nice small bag. Jun 4, 2014

Jeff C: I have this tank bag attached to my F700GS and didn't require any extra harness other than what came with it. And the tank on my bike is one of those odd dual-sport shapes and it fits nice and secure. I also find that it has enough room in it for a pair of gloves, water bottle, screwdriver, odds and sods. Very useful piece of kit. Hope that helps. Jun 4, 2014

Wendell E: The Wolfman Enduro Tank Bag should have straps included to mount the bag via a loop to the front of the gas tank around the frame and a loop to each side to a frame location. Jun 3, 2014

Arthur T: John,
I bought one for my DR350, the harness that came with the bag fit perfectly.

John W: Thanks Art, one thing I read led me to believe that the harness was not included and I could not find where it said one was - thanks for the confirmation. Jun 3, 2014
Dave C: When I bought this Tank Bag it came with every thing needed to mount. Awesome compact tank bag! Jun 3, 2014

A shopper asked: How water resistant is this unit? Nov 5, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
LarryT: It's not really made to be water resistant, it may turn water that is splashed on it during a water crossings but for prolonged exposure to water (rain) you would want to buy the rain cover made for it. Revzilla carries this product here: http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/wolfman-enduro-tank-bag-rain-cover May 20, 2013

henrymartin: In its stock form, not really. Get a can of Kiwi silicone spray and apply 3-4 coats, then let dry, and you should be all set. I do this to all my non-waterproof accessories and bags, and it works rather well. Just make sure the lip is over the zipper to seal it that way. Jan 28, 2013
Reply to henrymartin Good answer? Yes (1) No (0)
CKozar99: It's not. You have to buy the rain cover separately. You can always spray it with Silicone/Camp spray but that will only make it water resistant and only until the silicone wears off. Mar 25, 2013

John R: Perfectly. Over years of use in nearly every weather condition imaginable it has never failed to keep my items dry. Dec 26, 2012

A shopper asked: Can you fit a spare visor and a pair of winter gloves in this (WM enduro tank bag)?
I would have wallet and phone in the pockets of my jacket most time.

Looking for something handy as I ride year round and weather conditions change drastically between starting and finishing work, and I'm planning on putting rotopax on the rear rack so a tail bag is out.

Nov 1, 2015

Martin A: I have a spare shield with a case for my Shoei RF1200. It fits perfectly in the perimeter of the bag. The shield takes up very little space so winter gloves are not a problem. You will also have a lot a wiggle room for more smaller items (like your wallet and cell phone). This is a great bag for my DRZ400. Nov 1, 2015
Reply to Martin Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Arthur T: I don't think it'll hold a face shield, this is a very small bag, I cannot put my 20 oz water bottle in it. I can only use it for small items. My pair of winter gloves fills it entirely. Nov 2, 2015

A shopper asked: How well does this tank bag fit on a Yamaha 2014 XT250? Jul 26, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Michael C: I have the Wolfman Enduro tank bag on a CRF250L, and it is great. I think it will add another dimension to the XT250, too, and you will be able to carry everything you would ordinarily have in your pockets, and then some (water, snacks, wallet, keys, wrenches/tools, phone, etc.). Ride safe!. Aug 7, 2015
