Stunning!!!
First off the finish on this helmet is absolutely stunning, the matte black with the high viz looks great. Fits very snug compared to my Joe Rocket 201 in the same size. I wear glasses and it's a little tight getting them on, but comfortable after. I would say it's slightly quieter than the JR, but I'm so tall, my head is always in the air stream. Ventilation is excellent, I have to keep the vents closed under 70 , because my head gets cold. Feels lighter than my JR also. This is really the first "premium" helmet I've purchased, and I am pleased with the extra money spent!!!

Good product
Helmet fits more for a narrow head. Looks nice and is relatively quiet at high speeds. Only issue is that the matte gets nicked pretty easily. It is fairly light too. A lot lighter than my older shoei

Was dead set on an Arai, surprised the Shoei is best for me
I've read every single review on RevZilla of both the Arai Signet Q and Shoei RF-1100. Then I read expert reviews at WebBikeWorld and a few more anecdotes on Reddit.
After all that, I was dead set on the Arai Signet Q because it seems like people are either super happy with Shoei or hard core Arai. I was one of those hard core Arai lovers since I had the original Arai Vector for many years.
Well I ordered both from RevZilla and put each on for more than the usual 2 minutes you get in a store. I wore the Signet Q for about 20 minutes and started to feel like the top sides were pressing more than I'd like. I wanted to justify it with the "oh hey it's new, it will break in" thought. But then I tried the Shoei and found it fit my head slightly more snugly than the Arai and after 45 minutes, I was still comfortable wearing it.
Well color me surprised... head shape makes the decision for me. It's not extreme, but the Signet Q is a slightly longer oval front to back than the RF-1100 in my experience.
In terms of looks, I LOVE the matte black of the Shoei more than the frost black of the Arai, but that's minor. The external shape of the Shoei is slightly taller looking and less round compared to the Signet Q.
My biggest reason I wanted the Arai over the Shoei was the internal Signet Q liner felt more plush and up-scale than the Shoei. Now having ridden for 2 weeks in the RF-1100, I think I must have been crazy to ever doubt this liner. It's seriously the most comfortable helmet I have ever owned and I have no regrets.
I went with the high-viz stripes on a matte black base and it looks ah-mah-zing. I like the all matte black better, but on a black bike with black jacket I figured I should make myself a bit more noticeable if possible. Turns out it looks stunning in real life...
Pull the trigger, you won't regret it.

beautiful
This is a great helmet, moving on from my agv ax-8 dual. I gave it 4 and 3 stars for comfort and airflow because, the neck of the helmet is too narrow for my head although I feel comfortable once I wear it. The problem is when I am taking it off, i get stuck a bit.
I ride an f 800 gs with a high windshield and since the wind blow over my head on this bike, when i shut down the visor, it immediately fogs up, which means i definitely need a pinlock.
I wish it came with the helmet pre-fitted.

Very Nice Helmet!
The medium fits snug, hopefully the cheek pads will soften. If not, I might have to replace them with smaller pads. The clear visor is a finger print magnet. Other than that, it is a very nice helmet. Fogging is immediately cleared when riding.

Awesome helmet!
This is only the 2nd helmet I have owned, and it is amazing! I used to wear earplugs because my exhaust is really loud, but don't need to anymore with this helmet. The shield is very clear and field of vision very wide. Feels pretty light. Wind noise is much better than my first helmet, but there is some whistling when I get past like 70 mph, but I'm not sure there is a helmet that exists out there that will totally eliminate this. Also looks even more awesome in real life than in the pictures.

Amazing helmet with great looks.
Ordered my helmet, and it was here in 2 days.... Its like Revzilla had a team of psychics pre ordering for me, that shipping was scary fast.
On to the lid.
Its amazing, I wanted an aggressive sportbike helmet, and loved all the matte helmets, but also wanted to be seen and stay safe. This helmet has both those bases covered.
Its amazingly comfortable, the shield feels solid and secure despite being so simple to remove.
Im glad that i chose this helmet over some of the cheaper ones.
