This is my second scorpion helmet. It replaced my 6 year old EXO400. The new medium still fits the same as the old medium. The helmet works great for the more upright rider. Did some highway riding at 70+ on a Victory Hammer and experienced little to no buffeting. Only issue I ran into is the interior sun visor bounces ever so slightly when it is in stowed position, which is just on the upper edge of my line of site. Was slightly annoying at first but tuned it out a few minutes into the ride. Overall Scorpion continues to turnout a great product at a great value.

I upgraded from a Scorpion EXO-1000, so I knew beforehand that the fit would be two sizes smaller than what I usually wear in other helmets (Others: LG, Scorpion: 2XL). This helmet is definitely more comfortable and the increase in interior windflow is substantial and greatly appreciated since I live in south Texas. I love the optically correct visor and the wide angle view. I know the video review says it's lighter, but I couldn't tell the difference. The graphic design is very nice and coupled with a reflective visor, it really turns people's heads. I am very happy with the purchase and the reasonable price for all of its features.

In the video this helmet was said to be an intermediate-oval while the RF-1100 is a medium oval. I've never tried a Scorpion helmet but love the looks and like the price. I've tried Arai before and my chin had VERY little room, while the Shoei RF-1100 fits great. Will this intermediate-oval fit more like an Arai or my Shoei?
