Exactly what I was hoping for
These are really excellent gloves. I bought them for the style, and because I know Dainese is a good brand. The gloves fit perfectly (I usually wear a large but the size chart recommended I go XL; Glad I listened), they have a good feel on the bars, and good breathability. Interestingly, they also do a good job keeping my hands warm enough in the low 40's (F). I've only been using them a few weeks now but so far, there isn't one thing I don't love about these gloves.

Stylish Cafe Style Gloves
My qualm with most cafe style gear is that it lacks adequate protection. That being said, this is a beautifully styled glove and I get lots of compliments.

Sizing was a little off
If you want a more fitted look I recommend a size smaller than your usual. I wear a Small and I feel like I should have gone with the X-Small and let the leather stretch that little bit. The thumb on the Small was a little long and the finger lengths were about right--the palm and backhand are a little wide. I chose to buy these gloves for the look and they do not fail on that end. Simple, classic, with just enough padding to make me feel a little better about taking a low-side crash

Brown is very dark
Haven't seen past reviews about this. But I just ordered the brown gloves, which are pictured as a caramel color but they arrived as a dark chocolate brown. Revzilla staff, awesome as always, let me return for free since it wasn't what I was expecting. But just be aware..the brown is MUCH darker than what's pictured.

Simple Gloves
From a fashion standpoint I love these gloves. They're just cool and retro. Protection is eh but that should be obvious for what they are. They're lined in polyester which is nice and have been comfortable. I like them for what they are.

Genuine Cafe Style !!
Beautifully crafted gloves. Brown is NOT as depicted on website (tan-ish) but more of a darker chocolate brown, which I like even better. Follow recommendation of Anthony, per video review, for sizing. Looks very rich and leather appears to be both supple and well stitched. I cannot attest to the protection capability of the gloves. However, I am satisfied with the padding it does provide at the knuckles and posterior side of the hands. It has good articulation in the joints of the fingers, particularly with the flex panels incorporated in the index and middle fingers. Air flow is perfect for spring/summer warm weather riding. Just understand that you're not buying a touring/race/enduro/track day, etc. glove with state of the art protective features and you will not be disappointed.

Great buy
Bought these as my warm weather gloves. They're very flexible and comfortable and the hole on the top of the hand gives great airflow. I would definitely recommend these. This is my second pair of Dainese gloves and they really are top quality, both pairs use the softest leather but it's still nice and thick and reinforced where needed.

Great looking gloves.
I wear these gloves during the spring/summer and love the way they look. They are also very comfortable and broke in quickly for me. The thumb seems a bit loose and fit strange compared to my other motorcycle gloves. There are soft protectors on the knuckles and that's really it as far as protection. Overall I like them for the style but if you're looking for something with more protection you might want to move on.

I was looking for a pair of nice, light gloves for commuting a couple of miles by scooter. I like Dainese for their great craftsmanship and style. The gloves are nice and well crafted (in China, not Italy, unfortunately.) and substantial enough to be protective.

I was a little worried about the fit since the sizing chart recommended size medium, but I use XL in Alpinestars gauntlets. However, I trusted the sizing recommendations and ordered size medium and they fit perfectly.

Im usually a size large glove. I ordered a size Medium after having tried on another style of Dainese gloves in that size. Medium was still a little looser than i like my leather gloves. Hopefully the size small will be snug enough.
loic a on Jul 27, 2016
Positive reviews show this glove to fit well and perform in summer weather better than others. I life the top wrist ventilation and the tight feel of the glove for supreme grip while riding. The leather is soft and breathable. Nice overall look and feel.
EncoreAD7 on Jul 8, 2016
These are a great daily riding glove for temps in the mid 50s and warmer. I'll most certainly buy them again if these ever wear out. 10,000 miles and their still going strong and only get more comfortable with every mile. Great find.
csmhog on Jul 5, 2016
Supposedly shorter fingers than the Icon Pursuit. Will try both and keep one or the other.

Wanted some hot weather gloves that had a bit more protection than what I currently have. They're also very cool looking with my Dainese jacket and pants. Gotta look (and be) cool!

While not exactly perfect knuckle protection, it's pretty good against abrasion while not being too loud. It can get hot on 90+ F days, though.

I was looking for a vintage brown glove to go with a jacket I use under certain moto/weather combinations. I don't usually fit gloves well off-the-rack, and I am particular about fit, so I'll not know the specifics until after they arrive.
Jeffrey B on May 29, 2015
one of the geeks working there suggested this glove, I actually ordered a size smaller so that thumb wouldn't be to long, and they were a little tight to start off but fit fine after a few hours,, love these gloves.

When will more of the smaller sizes be stocked in brown? Love these things but gotta get some gloves soon.
MIKAEL H on Jun 16, 2014
Hi guys, my hands measure 8 1/2 inches and I usually take a medium, but the video is suggesting these are sized very small. Others seem to have a different experience , as usual. So, is there anyone with the same sized hands as me who can give an impression of what these gloves are really like? Thanks heaps!

Oh, and my middle fingers are just over 4 inches from the knuckle on the back.
A shopper on Feb 21, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hi, I do not know my hand size in measurements, but I wear a Med In Rev IT, and Small in Dainese, always been true until RevIt changed their sizing to more of an american sizing system recently. Antony in the videos always wears a Large in Dainese, so I always just jump 2 sizes down from what he suggest in the video. Maybe you can do the same, find a glove that you like the fit on, and try to .....well you get where I'm going with this.
