I have purchased several helmets from different manufacturers and seem to ride in my Scorpions more than the rest. I currently have a Scorpion 400, 500, 750 and now the 1100. I was looking for another helmet with the drop down visor as I sold my 1000 because it became uncomfortable for me on my new bike. I found the 1100 freedom for a good price and had to get it. The fit of the 1100 is consistent with the Scorpion line. It runs a little smaller than most manufacturers. I’ve been a medium in most helmets but wear a large in the Scorpions. The helmet weight is pretty good. Not the lightest helmet I’ve ever had (Speed and Strength SS1000) but I’m talking a couple of ounces at the most. It fit and feels like my 500 and Bell Vortex for comparison. The helmet is pretty quiet considering I’m riding with all the vents open right now. Noise was about the same as my 500 and 750. Doing head checks at speeds above 70 don’t snap my head like my Speed and Strength does. The graphics are what really sold me on the helmet. They look so much better in person than in the pictures. I liked the fact that I can switch visors with the ones I have for my 500 as well. I hope this helps someone who is looking to purchase one of these. You will not be disappointed. I know I’m not.

Best helmet I've ever worn! Ordered a size up and it's a perfect fit. Very comfortable and there is no noise at all when riding its amazing

Great helmet for a decent price.
Good helmet, has a few small flaws, some were fixed over exo 1000 [I used to have 1000 before] but some got carried over. It's a little noisy and I'm not sure why, even with all vents closed and ducking under the windshield it can get loud and 75mph. When I first got it I almost sent it back because it was very snug, but after a little over a week the inside compressed to fit my head and now its perfect. I like the vents and how easy it is to use them while riding, sun shield is a big + as well, mechanism that cracks the windshield is on the left side only so you have to wiggle it a little to make the crack even. Still I like it a lot, definitely worth getting.

Awesome graphics!
Ordered this helmet on Friday, received on Tuesday, and that's with free shipping! Using the size chart it said I needed a small, but I took other reviewers advice and went up a size to medium and boy was I glad I did, this helmet does fit small.
Graphics were just as the pictures show. This helmet just looks awesome!
Very quiet while riding, very little wind noise. Drop down visor is great, I wear glasses so I always had to give up seeing perfectly while wearing sunglasses but not anymore, just flip the lever on the side and you have instant sun glasses. Ventilation is great and this helmet has a lot of vents. You can actually feel the air moving through the helmet. Air pump system is a nice feature, allows you to custom fit the cheek pads and it aids in blocking out wind noise. I ride a Harley with non stock exhaust and can barely hear the pipes.

In the near future, I will purchase one more for my wife.....She deserves the best and the best comes from Revzilla.

06 Interceptor VFR 800
Replaced my Vega bluetooth helmet with this one. What a difference. Snug, but comfortable. Can actually hear my Sena unit at freeway speed. Styling goes with out saying;).
Exellent faceshield quick change system. Good air flow with frond intakes and rear venturi. If you open the upper air intakes the wind noise does get louder. Won't by a helmet without an interior flip down sun shield. Exellent option. I purchased a dark interior sun shield with mine. What ever helmet size you wear, buy this one a size lager. Was told this one runs a little small. Took the advise and went a size up and fits great.

This helmet has a lot of great features.
This is a great looking helmet. The graphics are superb. The fit is a little on the small size. The weight is light compared to other helmets I've owned, I haven't experienced any hot spots.
This helmet is a little noisy. There is no way to close off some of the air vents. I live in Florida and we don't have extremely cold weather here so that's not a problem. If you live further north this may not be the helmet for you. Over all I love this helmet. I get a lot of good comments about the graphics.

Great Helmet ran on the small size for me.
This is my second helmet. My first being a nfx liberty model. I got this helmet for many reasons but a few are the great review that it received from Revzilla and the NYC Graphic scheme.
Since I am retired from a NYC position and relocated to Florida I loved the graphic scheme.
The helmet fit me SUPER snug. So snug I began to get a headache. Other reviewers have said that it loosens over time but it's just too tight for me from the start. I ordered the extra large insert from Revzilla to make up for that. I spoke to scorpion and they said that the large helm can go from a large to an XXL just by changing the helmet guts. I like that feature and revzilla had the new guts for sale. So i'm changing it from a large to an extra large.
I can see why some say the inner shield does not come down enough, I guess it would depend how low you would wear the helmet. It came with tinted face shield and tinted inner face shield. This would limit it for me to daytime riding so if I was going to have a ride going into the night I would just use my other helmet. Maybe the manufacturer should have included both clear and tinted visors in the box.
All in all this helmet is a great buy and you will feel very safe wearing it.
