Great Bag - Even Greater Customer Service
I purchased this bag in April in anticipation of several summer bike trips I would be taking. I pulled it out for the first time last week and unzipped one of the side pockets and the zipper broke. I safety pinned it together and continued to use it on my trip, making a mental note to contact Saddlemen when I got home. The bag performed beautifully, and holds a LOT of clothes. My husband and I packed both of our belongings in this bag for a 4 day weekend trip. I like the ease of getting into and out of the main compartment without having to empty everything out of it. My only criticism would be that it really needs a handle on the top for picking up to go up stairs, etc. The rollers are GREAT for moving around, but there's not an easy way to lift it. When I returned from my trip, the customers service department at Saddlement took very good care of me and agreed to ship out a new bag without no questions asked. I simply sent them a picture fo the broken zipper. I highly recommend working with any company who stands behind their product like Saddlemen does. Buy with confidence!

Great Buy
This bag is huge. I was worried that it wouldn't be big enough for a full weekend for my wife and me. We had plenty of room though. We packed more than the bare essentials and had room left over.
Install was cake. Quality is outstanding. I wish it was cheaper but it is worth the money. I rode with two other couples and the Saddlemen was the best looking and easiest to put on the bike of the 3. The rollers are nice, too.
I would absolutely buy this bag again. It's nice enough to use without a motorcycle too.
