REV'IT! Velox WSP Windcollar
So trying to cut down on the cold air that flows to my face while riding has been an issue. When I saw this, I jumped on it. So far the cold wind that was blowing onto my neck, chest and face are all but gone. It does keep some air going through so your are not sweating. But it is just enough to mix with the warm air and it is great. The coldest I have ridden in so far was approximately 32 degrees F. That was also with some rain. If you are looking to block the wind, this is the product.

With fall hitting the east coast and the morning and evenings getting nippy, I ordered the Velox windcollar. Not expecting much I wore the collar tonight for a chilly evening ride. I can attest that the collar did what it is advertised to do.
For such a light material this baby kept the cold wind at bay from my neck and upper chest area. In fact, my arms were more cold wearing my mesh jacket with liner.
I have nothing but high praise for this collar.

great for winter riding
I have been able to ride so much this winter thanks to the wind collar!!!! It is so nice to be able to ride and not have cold air going down your jacket. The price is a little high but compared to other products I've used this is thicker and keeps you warm for the whole ride.

I commute 30 minutes one way daily and just completed a trip from Southern CA to Vegas riding in conditions down to 26 degrees and remained comfortable. Solid product and highly recommend for keeping the wind out and making the ride more enjoyable.

A little much for me
The wind collar is for the extreme rider looking to ride in weather. Rain or snow, I can assume this collar will have your back. It's really thick and blocks. I haven't quite gotten use to it just yet. The quality of the build is high. It's not cheaply made and no cheap materials here.

Complete wind protection
Love the complete coverage around my neck to block wind and the thinner mesh over my nose for breathing comfort. Does a great job of blocking wind preventing anything from going down my neck. Once the weather gets cold, it's all about blocking the wind and this does that extremely well. Medium worked for this guy who is 5'11", 180 lbs, & wears a 7.5" hat.

It does the work
I did my first 1200km day with the windcollar, and it was comfortable all the way. I had to fuss around a bit to get the back right, but once adjusted, it kept the wind and rain out. The back could be a little longer for us taller guys, but other than that, it works.

Possibly my best bit of riding gear
I wear this under a full face helmet in weather below 55 or so.
I have come to rely on this wind collar. It is a great piece of underrated and under appreciated gear, IMO. When it is cold, wearing this under my winter jacket makes the difference between frozen misery and comfort.
I even throw it into my solo bag often during the summer, because wearing it under my leather jacket makes riding home in chilly night air much more pleasant.
Seriously, this is the piece of gear that I can honestly say is worth every penny.
The only thing that is a little puzzling is the way that the fabric is sewn at the back of the collar. I don't understand the design idea here, but it's not a detriment. Aside from my leather jacket, this is probably the piece of gear I would be most hesitant to give up.
