Only one flaw
I have worn the Everest Pant & Jacket combo for 18 months. The pants have one flaw, which may or may not be an issue for others, brought about by the Lock-Out "zippers" controlling air flow thru the air vents on the upper thighs. The zips on the thighs are located too high on the leg which causes the zippers to fold over on themselves when in a seated position and put pressure on the rider's thigh (particularly when the thermal line is being worn. This is not too much an issue when riding a "sit-up" touring or dual sport bike, but is very noticeable when riding with a more sporting bent-forward stance. All other features of the pants are exceptional. It is 100% waterproof and handled a 20 mph low-side slide with only minor scuffing of the fabric. It is an elegantly handsome pant and is soooo much more convenient than and comfortable than the various zip-in liner pants I have worn the last 20 yrs. Rev'It -- please relocate the Lock Out zips in future versions.

Great 3 Season Pants
These pants are everything they need to be and go perfectly with the Everest Jacket. Warm on long commutes (40miles each way) in the dead of winter, and cool enough in the fall and spring. Dry in inclement whether. Breathable, and the fabric itself is durable. I have over 10,000 miles of city and highway riding on them and, with the caveat below, they look as good as the day I bought them. The protection is top of the line, particularly if you add the extra optional Sas-Tec protection. The one downer to these pants is that, although they are listed as having a touring cut, they are made for slim in the hips and rear Europeans. I am 5'11" and about 190 lbs. The waist on my 2XL short pants fits fine but the garment pulls just above the crotch, to the point where the zipper has pulled away from the pants fabric. Both RevZilla and Rev!It have agreed to replace the pants, no hassle at all; however, there have not been any pants in my size in inventory anywhere since the Spring. The promise is that, the pants will be replaced when they are next manufactured; hopefully, before the winter season. So, what we have is an otherwise fabulous product-best i have ever had (and I've had many different brands) by a long shot, made and sold by very responsible and responsive companies, for the small in the hips.
