Nice helmet, but things to know
Bought this helmet (N-43 Trilogy Solid) on clearance for a killer price at nearby Honda dealer. It was the display model and the last one so no basis for size comparison. It was a little tight, but so far not headache tight. It seems to be pretty noisy but I have little basis for comparison. The chin strap lock is real convenient and comfortable, but won't work with helmet lock .. nothing to attach lock to. Chin bar is pretty close. (I understand it was redesigned for new N-43E Trilogy) Contrary to other reviewers I have no trouble getting helmet on while wearing sunglasses. Polarized sunglasses and the visor work especially well together when riding in to sunset. But sometimes the visor sticks and won't go down and I have not been able to recreate problem when I want so it's hard to diagnose/fix. Work around is pull/force it down with something and then it works fine until it decides to be a problem again. Sticky visor is the only real problem. All else is included as info for readers. I know this review sounds a bit negative but actually I really like this helmet. This model is probably getting hard to find. The new model is likely even better.

A lot of features for the money
Helmet is a little noisey seems to make creaking sounds , fit is good. I mainly bought this helmet for two reasons built in sunglases and removable chin guard because I wear glasses , it works great for that. Helmet venting is not that good if full shield is used in hot weather, also shield only has two positions open or closed. But with all other configurations you can adapt to alot of weather conditions. Also in cold weather air seem to blow in around chin, but over all good helmet.

Great all around helmet
The field of view with this helmet on is amazing, I love how I can still retain my peripheral vison in all directions. A lot quieter than my HJC modular helmet and lighter. Also having the option to turn into a 3 1/4 helmet is nice. Size runs a bit small but still comfortable for me. Price was good at 250 worth every penny.

Love this helmet
This is my second Nolan N-43, so obviously I like it. Because it has a larger faceshield and smaller chin bar it allows for a better field of view. The color almost matches my '09 Pearl Yellow GW, but not perfectly. Wish Nolan would do that for us. Dealing with Revzilla was great; initially I thought there was a problem with shipping, but it turns out UPS skipped a scan. As well, Revzilla's price was the best anywhere.

Nice helmet, one gripe
Since I already have 2 full-face helmets, I wanted a 3/4 for summer and local riding. I picked the N43 because of how it fit, relative quiet, and the fact that it had a face shield, inner retractible shade, and a peak visor. I was disappointed with the peak visor, since it doesn't actually protrude past the top of the helmet enough to shade my eyes. Otherwise, a great helmet. One other bonus: made in Italy instead of China.

Good Helmet
This Helmet was recommended by a Friend and is very aerodinamic and confort, great vision.

Great modular helmet, Feels well built.
Helmet fits same as my HJC of the same size, After adjusting chinstrap to a comfortable length, helmet feels very comfortable.
The field of vision is amazing, the main windscreen is either open or close, no middle ground or even able to 'crack' it open just a bit to better defog. Ventilation is okay. riding with the screen totally up is going to create a bit of a sail.
The internal sunvisor seems well built, doesn't rattle, and still clears my sunglasses, providing a nice amount of sun protection.
There was a bit of a blemmish on the top vent, it isn't enough to make me want to return it, but i can imagine others won't feel the same. The Internal visor also had a bit of resin, or perhaps machine oil coating them. A bit of plexus and a microfiber cloth cleaned them right up. The top coat of paint looks clean and durable.
The jawbone removes without hesitation, and when locked into place, feels like a solid piece of the helmet. Everything feels solid when attached properly.
For the money, this helmet is excellent. However, i bought it with the intention to get the nolan N-Com Bluetooth module, as to link my cellphone and gps together. Can't say i'm dissappointed in the helmet, just the cost of the accessories that go with it.
