Icon Alliance Torrent Helmet

The Torrent graphics are bombed across the side of the virgin Alliance shell. Tagged and dripping, the cranial fracas screams for attention. A remix from the Icon shells of yesteryear, the Torrent barks it profane ideology at 150 bpm. Gritty street slang executed with monochromatic aplomb. Can you dig it?

The Icon Alliance Torrent Helmet matches the graphics on the Icon Contra Torrent Jacket and comes in white or charcoal. This baby brother to the Airframe has chops!

Perfection in a helmet This was everything I could have wanted in a helmet. Stylish, light, airy, all while providing a rider the protection they need. I highly recommend this product. November 17, 2014
Careful I find that switching out the shield is finicky and I get worried that I might damage the shield in the process. The pin-lock is especially annoying for someone like me who likes to lift my visor up while at a traffic light for a while, because it take a lot of effort to pop it off the pin. This helmet is heavier than my HJC-CL17 and I find that the airflow is comparatively less sufficient. I do think the style is nice and I appreciate that its safety has been certified in multiple countries. The design is eye-catching and unique. I don't think I will repurchase this line, however, because for the price I can get something that I like better. For comparison, I bought XS in HJC-CL17 and this one as well and I find that this helmet is just a smidge tighter. November 11, 2014
Love it Just a great all around helmet. Keeps you dry and cool even on hot Florida day. August 18, 2014
Great helmet and great fit. This is my 2nd helmet and first Icon helmet. Their sizing chart was pretty accurate. Cheek pads are pretty puffy, so if you have a rounder face you may want to look for some smaller cheek pads to go with it. The lens doesn't fog up, but i do get a thin layer of water on the inside when it is humid out. It doesn't effect the clarity unless you let the water evaporate. Then a film forms on the inside of the lens. July 23, 2014
Great look, comfy fit Once the helmet is on, it fits great. Just a little hard to get it on and off, pretty tight fitting that way. Also has a button to lock the visor in that I despise but I just don't pull visor down to click it in... Overall great product. July 21, 2014
Great helmet, read review below First off, this is a great helmet. I snagged a size SM on closeout because I wasn't too worried about the dark visor, and it actually made it cheaper than the "dark" version (only because this is/was on closeout). I will most likely replace this one with a Dark or a Graphic version when it sees its end of days. Only thing I've experienced so far is I had the visor up and knocked it off the couch, the left side visor latch broke, my fault admittedly. Thankfully they make replacements for less than 15 bucks! Nice design, looks good, feels good. Great interior. My previous helmet was a Harley modular and compared to that this thing is awesome. I've worn Shoeis, Arai and Bell also. This bad boy keeps right up and is much easier on your wallet. Great helmet, hands down. July 8, 2014
Love the helmet It's a great helmet for the money. Looks great and feels great. A little loud at higher speeds but it's expected. May 19, 2014
This helment is light and comfortable plus it looks great I looked everywhere online for this helement.. Nowhere had my size or it was outrageously overpriced.. Not revzilla.. They have become my one stop shop for all the needs of me and my bike.. June 30, 2014

SteveARosa: Absolutely! I own two, one for my passenger too while riding my Honda Shadow Spirit VT750 C-2. I just Love this helmet and will never own anything but a Nolan N43something! ( I bought the first one out named the N43 a year ago. When the N43e came out i jumped on it as I was hunting all over H--- for another N43 but everyone was all sold out. I was really afraid they were discontinuing this model. Thank the Lord they only improved it which I find hard to believe, thus the N43e. Buy it! You will be so happy you did! Apr 3, 2013

RevZilla: The Icon Alliance is considered a sportbike helmet. This does not mean that the helmet will cause your head to fall off and roll down the road behind you, but it does mean that the venting and aerodynamics of the shell have been optimized to work in a tucked position. There are plenty of people wearing this helmet on both GSXR's and Sportsters; total personal preference. Apr 8, 2013
