Hey, this is Anthony with RevZilla TV and welcome to our brief overview of the new for fall 2011 Icon Alliance Harbinger Graphic. Now, you saw the 360 spin on the Graphic. This is a brief overview. Remember, watch our full detailed review of the Icon Alliance helmet.

Three things you need to know about the Icon Alliance helmet. It's world standard. It's DOT. It uses the ProLock system. It's a long oval head shape. It's got the Hydra-Dry liner, which is micro fleece, removable and wicking, and it vents really, really well. That's the breakdown on this helmet in a nutshell for a lid that's going to cost right around $200. Solid bang for the buck. Aggressive styling. Great ventilation. Sport-oriented from Icon.

First thing you notice about the helmet is the artwork. The artwark is intricate and suprising when taking a closer look. You find these hidden peices all over the helmet.
This Helmet is very comfortable, so far I logged 215 miles in it.
The functionality of the helmet is great, the vents do a great job of flowing air. When you first get it you may think to yourself that the vents up top aren't doing anything but when you take more thought to it remember that your head isn't getting hot so its using them to channel the air in a cycle through the top and exhaust out the back keeping you cool. A Nice wide front vent that can be easily clicked up does a great job of letting air in and the small vents that can be adjusted on either side of that are just an added bonus.
One reviewer noted that the shield fogs up on him, take note that all it takes is the sheild to aclimate to the outside temperature if your taking your helmet from inside the house. If your a heavy breather, make sure that you left the breath defuser in and the front vent open for a bit till it clears up. If that doesn't solve your problem, simply click the face shield open one or two D-tents up to get a quick flow through.
For $200 your getting the same technology and design the use on the airframe models minus $150+.
I personally got the silver mirror finish proshield for days and the cameleon clear sheild for nights. If your gonna do this don't forget to purchase the side clips that go with the artwork on the helmet, you should only need one additional pair as the helmet comes with a set already and its a pain taking them on and off of the sheild.
This is a great helmet. Love the Alliance.

Very cool helmet
I just got this helmet yesterday and i rode in it for maybe 20 mins and the helmet itself is really cool looking and add a dark smoke shield and it's friggin awesome. The helmet vents really well even with the vents closed, so i'm thinking it may not be very good for the cold weather, because I felt air coming in with all of the vents and shield closed and it still was a light breeze in my face which i didn't like very much. I think that the breeze is due to the vents in the helmet in the front that are always open and you can't close them even by closing the vents in front of the mouth but minus that, the helmet its pretty nice, but i'm going to go with the airframe soon.

the online photos do not do this helmet justice. The art is phenomenal! The fit feels much more agressive than my previous HJC helmet and it feels like it wraps around your dome when it's all fastened up. I'm attributing this to it's more oval shape, which may not fit some as comfortably as it does for my narrow face.
Overall, a solid helmet for a very solid price.
