So this is my first helmet, when I bought it I didnt know what to expect because i had never even tried one on. The guy who ordered it for me went off my hat size, 7 3/4(XL). When i first put it one it felt a tiny bit too snug but withing 2 hours this helmet perfectly conformed to my head. There is also alot of airflow with this helmet, which will be a great thing during the summer. I love this helmet and will most likely purchase another when the time comes (unless I upgrade to a shoei or something)

Let me just say that this helmet is amazing. It is extremely light, has great airflow, and is affordable through Revzilla. I wear a size 7 cover, and the small fits me perfectly. Their size chart is very accurate for deciding what size to get. It is a great looking helmet and I'm always getting compliments on the way it looks. If you can afford to invest in a great helmet, ICON is the way to go. Revzilla had a reasonable problem with my order since my Billing and shipping address was different. Several emails later explaining that I was deployed and the helmet was on it's way. Hands down the best customer service I've ever dealt with.

Very comfortable helmet especially if you wear glasses
A quick summary of this helmet is it is a great helmet with plenty of vents you can open/close that are easy to access and operate with gloves on and overall a fantastic helmet.
I want to touch on the room/comfort of this helmet first. I'm used to having a helmet on and it's a struggle to get my glasses on and in the helmet and all that. I put this helmet on and my glasses went in the helmet with no struggle it's as if the helmet wasn't there. My previous helmet it was hard to get them in the right place on my ears and all that and I've even had that trouble on the Icon Air Frame helmets. This one they slide in and out like a glove. This is a very comfortable helmet all around and it breathes extremely well. A lot of the time I will use earbuds for music and whatever and this helmet doesn't crush them in my ear when I'm trying to put it on with them in. There is also plenty of room on the inside that once you get the helmet on the earbuds aren't pressing against the side of the helmet and cramming them in your ear. Like most helmets it can be a bit tricky to get them to stay in your ears while you're putting the helmet on but once you get it then it's comfortable.
Now as far as the looks go this helmet looks super cool. Keep something in mind with the glow in the dark portion of the helmet. This is nothing new this is like any other light absorbing/glow in the dark product. It's not going to light up a room, it's not going to light up like you see in the pictures when you're riding on the road under street lights. Be realistic here it's like any other glow in the dark product. It does stand out and looks super cool. The graphics on the helmet are really awesome as well and I really like the details.
Now on to the visor/latching system. First the visor. Something you need to know about the visor is it's more of a ratcheting system. So opening/closing isn't going to be just smooth because it's not meant to be that way. This will come down to personal preference if you like it or not. I personally enjoy this system because sometimes I will ride with my visor open or half open if I need a bit of extra air or just for whatever reason. Since it is a ratcheting system if you put the visor halfway up unless you're screaming down the road it's more than likely going to stay there. Another note the steel pin it locks on. This becomes smoother over time. That's with all icon helmets that have that shield locking pin. I had trouble at first when I took the shield off and put on the tinted one for daytime riding. I'm used to taking off the side plates from an air frame helmet so that was no issue. It feels like you're going to break them off but you're really not. Putting the 2nd visor on the first time was a bit of a deal. I recommend really looking over the 2 tabs on the visor and how they sit in the helmet to ensure they lock. Quick note. When you release the visor the system stays in the open position. When you put the visor back on you get it aligned and push in then it pushes in a tab and switches it to the locked position by applying enough pressure.
I have to say overall I'm impressed with the Airmada line of helmets. Of course I spent the extra money for the Hoodoo graphics but considering the simple graphics and the price associated with them the Airmada line of helmets in general are awesome. The Hoodoo in particular looks amazing in person.

This is my second helmet (coming from an HJC *forgot the model*) and its a great helmet. It's lighter than my previous helmets and fits true to size. Now I had to get an 3XL because I have a big head and dreadlocks. It still feels a bit snug but it's not the helmets fault. The airflow on this helmet is awesome. It almost didn't feel like I was wearing one.I didn't have a problem with wind noise but that could possibly be because all of my hair was pushing against the vents that possibly make noise (meh). I have no complaints about this helmet. I notice that many people in review sections tend to nit pick about little things. There is nothing for me to complain about with this helmet. I forgot to mention I bought this helmet for the graphics. I love the look of it with my Icon Contra Jacket. The glow in the dark feature wasn't the primary sell but Im guessing you have to be in a pitch black environment for the the glow feature to stand out. Great helmet.
This helmet comes with a clear, and tinted shield
and also an Icon Helmet bag.

Icon Hoodoo vs my other helmets
***Warning about Glow-in-the-dark feature***
In the sample pictures from Icon and Revzilla, the glow in the dark feature is only apparent in PITCH black conditions and if it was JUST exposed to bright lights. In normal night riding, you'll at BEST see it glow at 30-40% brightness as the pictures. Total bummer for me, but it still looks neat during day riding with a silver visor.
I shall admit I bought this for the graphic of the babe and the glow in the dark feature. I currently use an Arai Corsair V: Fiction which replaced my ageing Shoei X-eleven. Some may say "Hey, it isn't fair to compare those expensive models with the Icon Airmada!" Well, I am anyways to give a point of reference for others (plus I got the Arai and Shoei cheap so they are near in price range).
First thought is that the Airmada shell design looks and feels like the old Shoei X-eleven (but does not vent as well, but close). The Arai is bulky compared to these two. The pros and cons are outline below, but I must say the Icon Airmada: Hoodoo is a good quality helmet for the price. If the Arai Cosair V was a 10, then the Icon Airmada would be a 7 (in function, not price). The main things that knock it down are the:
-poor venting to the forehead / temple artery area
-not as plush lining interior
-visor locking mechanism - visor up & down movement - visor changing leading to side plates removal every time
-Helmet is light and small in shell size
-Liner is soft and does not leave imprints on cheeks after long rides
-Glow in the dark & nice graphics
-Flows good amount of air
-Must remove side plates when swapping between visors unlike Arai
-When moving visor up and down, it is clunky and not smooth
-Visor lock is cumbersome. Arai has an easy switch to lock the visor, but with the Icon I would have to use two hands to free it from a lock position.
-Airflow is mainly felt at chin/mouth area, limited air flow to forehead
-Liner is not as plush (thick) compared to Arai and Shoei
-Glow in the dark feature is negated because you only notice it in pitch dark conditions (it is never pitch dark in the city)
-Its noisy like all good venting helmets, so wear earplugs
-If Icon just copied Arai's venting to the temples, then these things will sell like hotcakes, I can live with the annoying visor complaints
-Makes me wish that Arai and Shoei would offer more graphic designs like Icon.
-Would buy again, but as a secondary helmet. Cold to warm weather is fine, but in hot weather I shall stick with Arai for the venting.

Overall sick helmet!
The graphics on this helmet are the main reason I bought this. It is my first icon helmet (I've had a HJC and a Harley Davidson Module helmet) and by far is the most comfortable and best fit. For those of you wondering, it comes with a clear shield AND a darker shield so no need to get another one. (unless of course you want a RST shield-personally I think the silver would go best with it). The visor is a bit difficult to raise up but I'm sure after more use it'll ease up.
