The Givi V46 Tech really is a quality product.
The Top case is well made.The V 46 Tech Looks sharp with the clear lenses and the red LED lights, I selected for tail,stop and turn signals.(used another well know manufacturer for light kit) The Top Box is larger enough for most travel, and perfect for daily use.I would recommend this Top Box.

Great solution
I tried using a soft tail bag solution for years. I had original equipment BMW luggage rack and back rest. I at first didn't want to replace with Givi hardware. I am so glad I finally did. This is an excellent top case. Perfect for the extra waterproof storage. Looks great on the bike with original Sidecases. Plus a lot cheaper than the BMW top cases. Using on 2004 BMW R1150R.

Givi V46 Tech
It's not cheap, considering it's basically a locking plastic box, but it's probably cheap for motorcycle gear. I got this one instead of the red tail light version to run my own lights. Honestly, if this unit had a complete LED tail light setup included, it would be worth the price. Obviously, Givi knew their optional (insanely expensive) light mod is inadequate, so the released the Tech version with clear plastic so you can add your own LED light pattern.
Installation with the E250 mount is simple and it comes with the piece of mind and security of hard luggage. No more worrying about thieves snatching your strapped soft bags! Not quite as big as I was expecting. My Givi T477 fits neatly inside with a little room to give, so either its advertised 33 liters is too low or the V46's 46 liters is exaggerated. If you really need the extra space, I'd spring for the 50+ liter boxes (won't be much bigger). Plus, the lights are integrated.

Does it's job well, keeps contents dry and secure. Much Better quality than the bargain basement brands.

No, actually, the price only includes the topcase. There are two other pieces required depending on the make and model of your bike. The mounting kit and the top plate. Search through the Givi products by choosing your bike model to filter to the correct items.Age: 25-34
