Givi V47 Monokey Top Case
A solid top case
This thing opens with a nice resounding click also closes like a bank vault. The mounting process was easy and very stable. I easily fit my full face helmet and a whole bunch of gear. Great product.

Just returned from a 7 day 1700 mile trip with this topcase and it performed flawlessly. Very easy to open and close and holds a great amount of gear. Also easy to store my large Shoei Neotec large helmet. The style matches my Yamaha FJR and I was able to order the top in my bikes color from Revzilla (2014 in candy red). Mounted with the Givi 357 rack from Revzilla. Very secure. Could not be more pleased with the quality from Givi and the service from Revzilla.

Looks good, good quality, a tad expensive.
This top case has a lot going for it. For one, the more angular shape is much more attractive than the usual big oval blob of too many top cases and it looks much better with my Givi V35 side bags than those would have. Also, the fit and finish is very nice, and it goes on and off the rack very easily. The lid seals closed and is (presumably) very weather-tight - you can literally hear the seal release when you open it. It's big ... but it hauls a lot, and despite the size it doesn't seem to be overly affected by side winds. Like most Givi stuff it's fairly pricey ... but it is a really nice piece of work.

Givi V47 on NC700x
I have 2012 Honda NC700X, have installed V47 with V35 side cases. Now my bike has a total of 117 litres of luggage. I have done some trips with my wife and very happy with these products. V47 takes two full size helmets, you don't need to carry your helmets when you get off the bike while commuting in the city. Installation is very easy and easy to put on and take off the cases. Original Honda cases needs some cutting (really cutting) for installation of racks, these don't. You just bolt on the racks.
Had a little difficulty when getting on the bike with the sidecases, but it's no deal breaker. When commuting and lane splitting you almost forgot you have 117 litres of luggage on the bike.
Definitely the best option for cases on NC700X.

Extra storage for my FJR
I recently picked up a used FJR. I found the bags on it are not sufficient to store my Aerostich Roadcrafter. I wanted some way to store it when going in somewhere and not wanting to look like a yellow Power Ranger. After consulting with the Revzilla folks, I picked up the V47 and it works perfectly. Because of the issues with the rear subframe on these bikes, I haven't put anything heavy in there, but it'll easily swallow my MacBook Pro or a helmet or a variety of other things that I've wanted to be able to lock away when I'm away from the bike.
