Givi B37 Great product! Finish is awesome and looks great! Would definitely recommend this product to anyone. November 2, 2015
Installed on my 2011 KLR650 I had to drill a few holes in the KLR OEM rack but all in all a pretty easy process. Solid mount. September 14, 2015
Very nice unit. I was looking for a top rack system that would not only look nice but also fit my bike very well and usable storage for my full-face HJC helmet . Was very confused about what to get until I watched REVZILLA's series of videos describing not only the different styles of cases but also the mounting racks needed. I first bought the Givi SR1119 top case rack for my bike, a 2014 Honda CB500F. I figured I needed it since the bike did not have a rack system already installed, just the grab handles. This rack is extremely solid and installed literally in just a couple of minutes, replacing the grab handles. After watching the videos, I figured the Givi B37 Monolock top case was the right size, not too big for the bike but big enough to hold a helmet and maybe small jacket and gloves. REVZILLA's price on both items were about average with what's out there and I got free shipping. Upon delivery, I installed the top rack without issue. I opened the B37 top case and found it bigger than I thought. It was sleek and the reflectors were attractive. I started installing the mounting plate to my top rack and learned that the round washers described in the multi-lingual directions were not there. No big deal. Very import mounting instruction: The diagram is just an example and don't try to use the holes they described when attaching the plate to the rack. I changed and manipulated it a little using two different holes to the rear of the unit to affix it. Another installation idea is do not tighten any of the bolts/nus until you've attached the actual top case to the rack and center it, there might be so moving during tightening to get it square. Got it installed and it was perfect. The mounting tabs hold very well and locking system works great. The only issue I have is that you cannot remove the key in the unlock position. You have to lock the unit or the key won't come out. Sometimes that's kind of annoying but I understand the security aspect. And I would have liked a painted glossy finish instead of the flat plastic orange peel surface but that's cool. Overall, I would recommend this top case and rack September 24, 2015
Looks, and ease of use Have been using for 3 months now. Excellent product! Easy to install, looks great and easy to open and take off and on. August 31, 2015
Solid product. Excellent product, with good price. Comes with all hardware and easy too install. Ten to fifteen minutes. No regrets. October 7, 2014
Nice Top Case! Givi top case arrived quickly. This case is the just the right size for my wife's trips to get extras at the grocery store. Installation went great, and was not long or difficult. I watched a YouTube of someone else's installation just for a confidence builder. Be sure to purchase the Top Case Rack for mounting. November 17, 2014
great bang for the buck This top case, like all top cases, looks a bit dorky, but it is dirt cheap, installs in a flash, is stable at highway speeds, and is waterproof. What more could you ask? August 5, 2014
Flippin' thing ejected itself from a pothole - but SO strong To be fair, it was because I didn't use the supplied mount and just through I could figure out a solution. Well needless to say, my solution sucked and I hit a huge pothole on my bike and this box went flying. It was crazy seeing it in my rearview mirror come to a tumbling stop in the middle of the road. But aside from some surface scratches and a few knicks, this box was so strong! I highly recommend it as it looks great too. Big enough for an XL helmet and a pair of shoes. Buy with confidence. Andrew K: Looking to make my Burgman 650 more into a short distance tourer with the ability to get extra items onto the bike storage areas. Jun 24, 2015
Jack H: Universal adapter plate so no additional expense. I need a secure way to store my helmet on the bike while it is parked for 4 days at the airport every week. This appears to be the best option. Jun 18, 2015
Jessica B: Looks nice, not like a bubble on your back end. Feb 11, 2015
H O: I like the Givi cases, and the Tech series is less round than the other monolock series. I have a motorcycle, and I don't want it to look like a scooter. Sep 22, 2014
Josh G: Good looks to match my Triumph Explorer - not too rounded like the other cases and has a bit of a "tech" look to it. Also, that perfect size between the cases that are too small to even hold a single helmet and the cases that look like AWACS saucers! Jul 4, 2014
Thomas J asked: Does the case require the key to be able to unlock it from the mount? Or can the button itself just be pushed and the case be removed? Sep 20, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Kirk T: The key must be inserted and turned to the unlock position before the release button can be pressed. Additionally, the key cannot be removed in the unlock position. The case must be locked before the key can be removed. Sometimes it's a little annoying but I understand the security aspect. Sep 20, 2015

A shopper asked: Does V-Strom DL650 2012 > need extra mounting hardware? Mar 28, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Scott S: It shouldn't. The case comes with an adapter plate and hardware that mounts to most existing racks. I don't have a 2012, but I have mounted this adapter to a stock 2004 DL650 & a 2003 DL1000, and most recently the accessory rack on a Yamaha FJ-09, although the Yamaha required drilling into plastic.(or using longer nuts than provided). So, like I said, probably not, but the 2012 model is different, so I can't be 100% sure. Mar 28, 2015

James T: The case comes with a mounting plate, and universal hardware to attach the plate; so long as your V-Strom has a luggage rack, you're all set. Mar 29, 2015

Jeffrey L: All hardware is supplied to mount to an existing rack. Yo may need longer bolts, as I did for my BMW GS rack. Mar 29, 2015

A S asked: does it fit to a bmw f650gs 2002 whit out making any modifications? Nov 22, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Andrew K: I bought the Top Case Rack and the Case from GIVI, once the rack was installed the Top Case fits very nicely. I do not know what it would take to mount it without the GIVI rack.
Search for GIVI rack for the BMW F650GS, get both...then it will not be an issue.
Hope that helps..

James T: This top case comes with mounting hardware: a plate that the case hooks on to, and 4 J hooks that can attach the plate to a luggage rack. So as long as your GS has some sort of rear rack, you should be fine. May 5, 2015

A shopper asked: I'm purchasing the GIVI B37 for the back of my 2008 Triumph Sprint ST1050 which already has the grab bars to attach factory panniers. What mounting bracket/plate will best mount this to my bike? I want to balance the weight better and have a better mount than the universal mount that comes with it. May 22, 2015
