Bell never dissapoints
This helmet is an excellent product. It fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable, and the padding and material used is soft as a pillow. The air flow and venting is very substantial, and cools the head nicely. The polycarbonate shell also makes it pretty light, and is also the best in my opinion for street use. If you are an everyday rider like I am buy a Bell vortex; polycarbonate is shown to break down slower over the years, unlike fiberglass and other materials. The high visibility, I have noticed, also gets the attention of other drivers and they will be less likely to pull out in front of you. That means sweet lil' old granny pulling out of the grocery store parking lot (even with poor vision) will probably even see you too. Thanks Revzilla, you sell an excellent product.

Great bang for the buck
After not riding for 25 years I was unsure about a helmet in this price range being up to par. I was pleasantly surprised. After sending the large back (I was a large on the chart but my longer oval head required I go to the XL) and getting the correct one I found it to be very comfy. The Manifest Hi-Viz is awesome. You will be hard pressed to find a SNELL/DOT lid of this quality at this price point. Venting is adequate and I would highly recommend this lid for folks not yet ready to jump to the premium price level. Personally, unless I find a big sack of money this helmet will serve my needs for many years and as a side note I receive multiple compliments weekly on the look of the helmet. Unless you are spoiled by the 500-600 price range lids this one will get the job done and you can spend the other cash on the gas tank or accessories.

Great Helmet for Everyday Riding
All I can say is that this is a great helmet. It is very comfortable and the padding is great. I have gotten so many compliments because it can be seen by other motorists on the road and also due to the graphics. The airflow is a little weak but good because on a hot day you can start to sweat pretty bad in there. Overall it is a good buy.

Great helmet!
I ride to work at 5:30 am, and even then I see heads turn to look at this helmet. It looks great, and it gets me seen which is a very good thing indeed. In addition the fit is great, the airflow is adequate, and it's comfortable to wear. It gets to be 100+ degrees here in SLC, but this helmet is never a burden to wear. I wish it would have come with the Magnafusion just for the cool factor, but I've had zero issues with the snap instead. I'm saving up for the SolFx shield which I'm told is ideal for commuters, but till then I'm wearing my Smith sunglasses inside the helmet. There a tight fit as the cheek pads are so well fitted, but they work.

Very happy with this helmet.

Great Helmet
I am in love with this helmet. The look is great, it is very comfortable, and not noisy at all. The only thing that I would do next time is buy a smaller size. I would suggest that if you measure as a L purchase a M. I bought a large and after some use the padding loosens a little (as expected). The helmet still fits but I would like it to fit better. Shipping was fast!

Great Helmet, Great value
Awesome helmet for an awesome price. Super comfortable and great aerodynamics. The high viz is cool looking and not super dorky like most. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

My son needed a new helmet
I had some Zilla cash, so we looked at all brands Revzilla had to offer. We narrowed it down to Bell due to my past experience and its reasonable price. When the helmet came, he was delighted with the quality and features. It looks good, feels impressive and offers great value for the money. He and I would recommend Revzilla and this produce for anyone looking for a new helmet.

A better helmet than the pricewould suggest.
The hi-viz color scheme looks good in person.

I like the way the visor has two main positions that are easy to adjust (cracked open enough for some air, and fully open, the rest are smaller clicks).

The vents are easy to use.

Sizing was interesting for me. I have a 56.5 cm head, putting me perfectly between most brands small and medium helmets. I went with the small. Of course it was tight at first, but after a single day of riding it is already broken in and comfortable. I expected it to take much longer.

The field of vision is wide, I don't feel obstructed at all.

This helmet is amazing for the price. If this was handed to me and I knew nothing about it I would've guessed it cost $100 more than it did.

I only have one complaint. The chin strap isn't as soft and pliable as the one on my old Bell SC-X. Maybe it will break in over time. It feels a bit rigid on my neck. I'll likely wrap it in neoprene or something similar for comfort. This is an easily and cheaply resolved problem so I won't take a star off for it.

I highly recommend this helmet.

Premium helmet for price range
The majority of the other reviews for this helmet are spot on. Its light and the air flow is great. I've never had any problems with the visor even at interstate speeds of 70mph, as I've noticed some note about other helmets. My only complaint with this helmet is the wind noise. Coming from a Shoei (not an RF1200 or anything), its noticeably louder, but I try and remedy this with ear plugs. Other than that, the only problem was that Small was too small and Medium is a little big, and I am not certain there is another liner to make it more snug.

Great helmet for the money with a few querks.
Ok.. Good news first! This helmet looks amazing! You WILL be seen in this helmet. It's very comfortable. The cheek pads seem a little tight but I'm sure they will break in after some use. Seems very light too. Honestly doesn't really feel like I'm wearing a helmet. The video from rev was a great selling aid. The air flow is good and the anti fog shield works great. The humidity in nc makes this a must have.

Now the bad knews.. Pay attention to the fine print. I was expecting the tinted wind screen and the magnetic chin strap. Mine didn't come with either. The tinted wind screen I understand but I am just frustrated that the magnetic stap is only on some helmets. Why the heck would you make some with and some without. This just doesn't make sence to me. Also the color on the pic is a bit off. This helmet is high-lighter yellow! Florecent! I thought it was going to match my bike but it definitely does not. The only quality issue I have is the seal (mesh part) that is under the chin comes off very easy and doesn't attach very well. Other than that nothing about this helmet turns me away or would stop me from recommending it. I should have read all the small print before ordering and I wouldn't have been disappointed in anything. MY BAD!

Safety, style, and price. I wanted a SNELL approved helmet. The high visibility is just icing on the cake for me with getting a SNELL approved helmet at a killer price. Reviews from customers and videos of the helmet suggest that this is a good investment.

I love the look of this helmet! It doesn't come with the shaded screen which is a little misleading but luckily I watched the video wish explained that before I purchased. Prob would have been pretty frustrated if it just arrived that way. Of course that's not revzillas fault that's just the pic bell gave I guess. My bike is yellow and this is an exact match! I love the other fetures as well. Bells quick release is the best out there! I'll write a full review after it arrives! That's revzilla!

After looking through many of the helmets that were offered in this line by Bell, I found it to be the most visually intriguing and interesting out of them all.

Wanted a hi-viz helmet with plenty of features, good graphics, and solid rider reviews. The gear review also spoke very well of this helmet, Anthony's "Tron meets Darth Maul" may have subconsciously committed me to buying this helmet too, ha. Considering price and performance it seemed like a great selection.

can glasses be worn with the shield closed ?
A shopper on Jan 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I'm assuming that your wondering if your glasses will fit comfortably. The answer would be yes. If you buy the correct size helmet your glasses should have a nice snug and they shouldn't move around. As far as your glasses fogging up it shouldn't be a problem. The ventilation on this helmet is very good and unless your at a stand still for to long it shouldn't be an issue. Also if you happen to buy a dark shield bell makes a very nice tint which isn't pitch black so you should have good visibility while wearing glasses. I hope my feedback was helpful.
Does this have room for speakers inside for my Bluetooth communicator?
A shopper on Apr 20, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I have the Sena SMH10 and it works fine,, although the only thing inside are the speakers. The main unit has two methods of attachment and either one will work with the helmet. I prefer the clamp method because it seems more secure.
Does this helmet come with the dark and clear shield?
A shopper on May 25, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately it only comes with the clear shield. I don't know of any helmet brands that come with a dark shield. You always have to purchase colored shields separately. Most colored shields should range in price from 30 to 70 dollars. Hope you find a good deal.
Does the Hi Viz yellow color fade away quickly?
SpankysMonkey on Jun 12, 2016

Is the Hi-Viz yellow on this helmet reflective like the Bell Qualifier Hi-Viz Rally (and most street signs) or is it just neon yellow?
A shopper on Apr 19, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I think that the yellow on the helmet is basically a neon color. I don't think that's it's very reflective. What I can tell you is that the helmet really stands out. I go into work at 6:00 in the morning. So the sunlight is barely coming out. A friend of mine who drives to work often sees me on the freeway and makes fun of being able to see me about a mile away. And he's not being sarcastic, he says that he can really see the helmet from a good distance. I hope my answer was helpful.
I'm new to riding and unsure of which helmet to buy. My head measures at 56.5 cm. Small is 55-56 while Medium is 57-58. Which helmet do you recommend?
A S on Nov 9, 2015
BEST ANSWER: A if you are a newbie my advise to you is to go to a nearby dealer and try on different helmets before you order anything online. Regardless of your head measurement I would suggest that you buy a helmet that fits very snug on your cheeks and forehead. I see to many riders that buy helmets that are to loose. If you ride constantly a helmet will always break in and mold to the shape of your head. Also if you become a dedicated rider you will find that the more aggressive that your riding becomes the more you will need a stable helmet. Since you are new to riding make sure that you go with a full face. And remember that I said SNUG not TIGHT!!! Best of luck I hope my tips were helpful.
My head size is 58 cm. Should I get a medium or large?
David C on Feb 2, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I measure just over 58 cm and I wear a large. As I searched for the right helmet, I found that shape mattered as much a sizing. Helmets ranged from almost round to very oblong. The Bell is a mid-oval shape.
I am after the best helmet i can find, for under $400. This helmet seems good, but i have a question about shape (not size): What shape is it? I require a long oval shape, sadly none of the manufacturers list what shape each helmet is. Its arguably more important than circumference.
A shopper on May 8, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I am also a long oval. Going by the size chart I was at the upper range for large but had to send it back for an XL. I find it to be comfy and am very pleased with the fit. You will be hard pressed to find a SNELL/DOT rated lid at this price. The Arai would be my choice but at $570 or so I say Bell Vortex all the way & put the rest in the tank or accessorize the bike. Anthony's review states this is an intermediate oval......Revzilla Rocks
I have a 2006 Black and Yellow R1. Is this helmet's yellow close to that kind of yellow or is it more of the florescent yellow/green color? I ordered a Bell Hi-Vis Rally Adult Qualifier Full Face Motorcycle Helmet - Black/Silver/Yellow and the color was not very "yellow". Thanks
A shopper on Feb 21, 2014
BEST ANSWER: This helmet has a greenish/yellow similar to an 80's style neon yellow. Hi-viz tends to be this color as a standard on most hi-viz products. If you want to go more yellow check out the Bell R-1 airtrix speedway helmet.
