Very Warm and Comfortable
Love this product! Keeps me warm on my ride to work and doesn't bunch up when I'm putting on my helmet.
As an added bonus I look like a ninja every day!

Great Product
I bought this balaclava after using another company's that stretched out and wasn't the warmest. The Arctivia stays in it's shape and is very warm, never had any issues on 20 degree days! The only issue I had was my visor fogging up pretty bad while stopped and taking forever to clear after you start moving, this was resolved by pulling the nose piece down off of you nose!
Great Product!

Like a warm blanket
This balaclava is amazing! I've ridden in it down to about 36 degrees in a moderate to heavy rain. Before I got this, my head and neck were the coldest areas after my rides. Now they are the warmest. It completely blocks the wind and rain. I feel like my neck and head are wrapped in a warm blanket, in an arm chair, by the fire. This thing is great! You should get it!

Nice Balaclava
This is a nice balaclava which completely keeps the wind out of my helmet. Not too bulky, but could be a little bit longer in my opinion. I've worn it everyday for a bout three months now and it shows very little wear. Good product.

recommended, with exceptions...
The 2-layer "Windbloc" totally keeps wind at bay, and is very warm. It is, however, problematical under a full-face helmet. It is thicker than most other balaclavas, and has little stretch to it. Thus, it is a little difficult to pull on and position correctly initially, and remains a little constrictive when worn under your helmet. It also lacks a nose-exhaust slit under the nostrills; relying instead on perferated holes between the layers that are not effective enough. The result is a "steaming-up" of your closed faceshield or glasses, big time. Luckilly, the nose area can be pulled down easilly to avoid this problem. The cost is also pretty high for any balaclava. I purchased mine with earned "REVZILLA BUCKS", but it's produced in China and overpriced at $35. I recommend it for the very coldest riding days as a good performer, and it's probably great OFF the bike for hiking or for shoveling snow/walking the dog. It is too bulky for normal cold weather riding, where my more conventional balaclavas are more comfortable and less restrictive. On those few bitterly-artic riding days, I'll be glad to have purchased it I'm sure.

Keeps the cold off
This item keeps your head, ears, and face warm. I was very impressed with how warm it kept me and how comfortable it fit. My helmet was not too tight and my vision was not blocked in anyway. Very glad that I bought this as it will extend my riding season and provide much needed comfort on those cold rides.

Hope you don't have a tight helmet
I have a small head, so the SM/MD size was just a tad big for my head, but that's the smallest size it comes in.
My helmet fits perfect and is snug. When I tried to put my helmet on while wearing this balaclava, it absolutely would not go on all the way. Only way I can see this balaclava fitting comfortably under your helmet is if your helmet runs too large...
I cannot speak for the performance of this item since I cannot fit my helmet over it and won't ride without a helmet. Therefore, this item was a complete waste of money for me.

goodbye burrrr
Works great. Kept my head and neck warm. It prevented cold air from entering the neck area of my jacket so my upper body was a little bit warm aswell.
