Cheap construction and definitely NOT waterproof.
These pants came with the loop in one of the legs for the warmth liner broken. While annoying, I was willing to put up with it. The reason I bought them was for the leg-length zippers, warm removable liner and, most importantly, waterproofing.
Well, turns out they aren't waterproof. Not even close. Anything above a moderate rain results in a soaked crotch area. I returned them for replacement, thinking I received a bad pair. But no. Not only were the new ones just as sponge-like, but the *same* loop as on the first pair broke during the first wearing. Not durable at all.
On top of these failures, the velcro on the sides is highly annoying, because there is matching-length velcro on the flaps themselves, causing them to stick to themselves, meaning you have to rip them apart to fold them over the zipper's seam. Horrible design. Smaller matching velcro on the flaps would accomplish the intended function of not sealing over the zipper, while being much easier to un-do.
Fit-wise, the legs are baggy, and the waist is tight.
So what's good? The pockets are great, and the zippers and velcro work well. The velcro at the cuff of the pants legs also is long enough to ensure a tight closer around any size boot.
Overall a bad product, and enough to have me not consider the manufacturer in the future.

great budget pant for ADV riding
Bought these last September for a late fall ride in Colorado and Norther New Mexico through the mountain passes. They were fabulous. Not a lot fo venting but there is enough that they didn't feel too hot when it got warm.
If you are looking for a pant that will ofer good protection and 4 season riding, these are it. They were fantastic in 30 degree Michigan winter weather.

Nice product. Haven't owned them long.
Decent riding pants for the money. Can be used as overpants, or just over a pair of compression shorts. Very warm with the liner in. They are a little baggy in the leg and knee area, while being tight on the waist, which I assume is normal. Overall, I would buy them again.

Great pants but NOT waterproof. Repeat...NOT waterproof.
With that said I live in the Portland Oregon area and ride year round. I wore these pants in my first full on rainy highway commute to work.
This morning was a true test of these pants as it was like a car wash out there. When I got to work my jeans were soaked in the crotch area (nice right?!) my pant legs were soaked as well as my butt.
If you are going to be riding in rain with any regularaity these are NOT the pants you want.
I trusted the Tourmaster name and in this case they did not live up to it.

nice materials, seems to run small
got the pants to go with my tour master transition 2 jacket and had them for 6 months now. im 6ft 205lbs 34-34 jeans I got the XL. without the liner and just some thin shorts on, i dont use these unless its under 73 for traffic and under 80 for highway cruising as things get a little hot and sticky. today it was 34 degrees and at 70mph and i was more than warm with some dockers and the liner in. I have big thick bronosaurus type legs and the XL is ok slightly on the tight side. maybe i could of got 1 size bigger but im not sure.. my jacket fits me great through all seasons and its a Large.. I really like the tourmaster stuff, i have their jacket, pants, gloves, boots

not like a glove
Great for cold weather riding with the thermo liner in, but kinda stiff, hot in hot weather, and uncomfortable when sweat starts running down your legs.

Not overpants
In order to use them as over pants, get one size larger. They fit true to size and barely any room to spare.
